A friend of mine recently visited this shop and received the worst customer service. After…read moreattempting to get an instrument repaired, she experienced nothing but ridicule, attitude and poor customer service. Even after explaining the circumstances of which her instrument was needed, which so happened to be a funeral, Franklin Fordeley over priced what he called "service," belittled her, argued about her intelligence of her own instrument and told her "it's not my problem that you have to go to a funeral." Bottom line, this guy is a complete tool and not worth of anybody's business or money. He's an asshole and shouldn't be in this business that involves instruments that musicians literally make a living from. I'm absolutely disgusted at this situation and will let every one I know to never visit this establishment again.
