The grocery part of the store is my "go to" store in Centre. The store is clean and neat. I love the meat section and their selection. The bread is priced a little high. They have a candy selection that is out of this world. The produce is fresh and very affordable. The manager (Dennis) is a nice guy; he reminds me of Dan from Roseanne. If in Centre....forget Walmart...go to Ingles.

They still have 50 cent Soda machines... one cannot simply compete with 50 cent Soda machines ha. I always go for those. The employees are always soooooo chipper & friendly. Now for the bad - ish ... soooooo if you go late in the afternoon or at night... be well aware that it is a place where lil high school kiddies loiter... like... a lot of em ha .... can't say I blame them though, because there is literally about nothing to do in HB. Be wary of some of the prices on some of the items you purchase there, as they can be a good bit higher than other retailers. The chips were nasty, stale and inedible. My wife ordered the chicken quesadilla. It wasn't grilled! Just chicken inside a tortilla. I ordered a beef torta. The bread was dry. I elected to eat only the filling. 8 hours later I was purging. With many Mexican restaurants available in Fort Payne I'd avoid this one at all costs.
