But you will find some true treasures inside and at better prices than the Depot (which is a fine store itself). I made two visits and bought about 10 bottles of bourbon in total (some for friends, don't judge!). The prices were as good as I had seen anywhere. I really wish I would have pulled the trigger on the $203 bottle of Macallan 18 which goes for $275 in North Carolina's oppressive state liquor store system. The employees, especially an Asian man and woman, were very pleasant and helpful. I don't live in Rome, alas, but this will be one of my first stops next time I am in town.

Located in a busy shopping plaza and street in Kennesaw, this store is massive and filled with all of the libations and mix-ins that you can dream of. Total Wine is a brand that I like and always have high expectations of regarding their selection. If you want to find a new bev to love, looking for a gift for an event host or even a cigar to relax with - they've got it covered. It's been a while since I've had questions, but love that their team is well-versed in what's available and are eager to assist if needed. When I visited it was packed! They had 3-4 lanes open checking people out and that really made all of the difference when it came to my checkout time. Although I'm not currently drinking, I am a wine lover and my bf appreciates a really fine bourbon and whiskey, so it was worth a peek inside. This place is huge! We visited on a Saturday and it was extremely clean, quiet and not incredibly busy, which I love. The store was quite organized, laying out the different types of spirits, beers and wines in a very clear way. They offered an insane variety of various brands, from local to international, low-cost to big bucks, there was really something in stock for everyone. We walked down a few aisles just seeing what they offered, welcoming my bf to give me some background on some of the finer options for sale in the whiskey/bourbon section. I did notice that there weren't many employees on the floor to help guide folks through the selections, but luckily I was there with my own connoisseur. When we went to find some ciders to take home, I was almost disappointed as there wasn't much variety in the fridges but when we went down another aisle, we found some great options that were on the shelf. Was on my way to a friend's house and she asked me to bring a bottle of Fireball Cinnamon Whiskey. Never heard of it, but the friendly attendant, James, helped me to locate that. He answered my questions about some other items that I was interested in and showed me around the store. Like I mentioned earlier, the store was large but kind or dark and gloomy. Maybe because it's located in a very old building. I was interested in what kind of nonalcoholic beverages they sell but was a bit disappointed. Their beer collection is great, but there was only one brand of nonalcoholic wines to choose from, and it was more expensive than at my usual store. Overall, if I'm in the neighborhood and need a gift, I will go back.
