Jonhy was professional and prompt from the beginning. My husband and I decided to take family photos in Cancun and started Yelping. I sent about five inquiries and only two responded. I was in the process of waiting for more, but Jonhy followed up to make sure I did not have any questions. I really appreciated the proactiveness and also loved his pictures. We agreed to use him and my brother-in-law and fiance did too and decided to also use him for their engagement photos, since they were going to be in Cancun with us. Couple of days before, he followed-up with us via email and went over the schedule and where to meet. He was 15 minutes early and he even scheduled out 30 minutes prior, so he can scope out the resort for the best location for pictures. Again, proactive and professional! During pictures, not only did he make us feel comfortable, he made us laugh, including my 3 and 1 year old boys! He made sure our hair, hands, clothes, and smiles were all in position. It's dissappointing and humiliating to be discriminated in 2020. My fiancee and I contacted Jonhy to be our wedding photographer based on recommendation we received. Jonhy replied very fast and gave us pricing, but when he found out we are LGBT, he promptly informed us he would not be our photographer due to personal reasons. Luckily we mentioned it before securing our deposit, otherwise we may have forfeited our money or worse been stuck with someone who is not supportive on our big day. We stayed in the Riviera Maya for our honeymoon. Selfies are great but I wanted us to capture our stay here in a different way. My family and I vacationed in Playa Del Carmen last week and we booked Jonhy to take some pictures of us and we couldn't have had a better experience with him! He was so easy to work with leading up to the session - very, very responsive and the session itself was great! He came to where we were staying to shoot, which was incredibly helpful with 2 small kids. I've come to Cancun and had the pleasure of working with Johnny in 2018 but this year I came and worked with Jordan. He was very kind and understanding but the quality of the photos are horrible, editing is not airy or clean it's pretty harsh and dark compared to our previous photos. All photos are blurry when downloaded and printed so I def wasted my time and money. I just wish I our photos were released to us earlier while in Cancun I would have booked another photographer but Jordan said it will be 7 business days which took much longer than that so by the time I was already back in the states. I would recommend when booking to talk about the editing and quality before hand and try to have them give you your photos while you're still in Mexico because now I have horrible quality photos and nothing else from my trip since I was really hoping for these.. the two stars im giving is for my previous experience wi the Jonny which was amazing and loved those photos and Jordan's kindness but I am not happy with my gallery itself this year! read more
