To their credit, they reached out to 3 different technicians in my local area and tried their best to remotely find a solution to the problem. They then offered to fly out their local trusted technician, but I declined. It was a frustrating overall experience for me, but they've been respectful in their communication and followed through in making sure I was either satisfied with my piano or got a full refund. ----- I'm in middle of a dispute with the owners Jonathan and Charlie. I purchased a piano last year from out of state and it's been nothing but trouble since the beginning. They've hired 3 different technicians and have visited my home 7 times and can't fix the dampening issue. I've asked for a refund which they've refused. This current technician has been unresponsive for over a month and Jonathan and Charlie can't seem bothered to resolve this. I'm filing a civil suit next week if there isn't any progress. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions. I have an email chain 40+ responses long and text proof with the technicians. Happy to chat with anyone about my experience.

He conducted a thorough inspection and provided helpful background information about the piano maker and model, giving us a better understanding of the instrument. Anthony and his assistant John were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. On the day of the move, they took great care to ensure the piano would fit safely through the kitchen and in the elevator, paying close attention to wall and cabinet corners. The piano was secured and transported in a Bayfront Piano trailer outfitted exclusively for instrument moving. As with Bayfront Piano!! We referred to Bayfront by our well regarded piano tuner. My wife's experience from setting up the appointment and scheduling in a tight moving window on short notice was pleasant and flawless. I must apologize I was under orders NOT to take pictures as my wife did not even want to be watching as her baby (claw & ball mahogany 2004 baby grand Pramberger I bought for her birthday - not saying which one :-) ) was being extracted from one home and delivered to the next about 2 miles away. (I had to take one just now as we are still un-packing and my wife is asleep (snicker) ) She was a wreck the whole time. I suspect the way I felt when my 7 ton sailboat was in the crane straps 30 feet in the air being splashed in the water each season - but I digress) Anthony and his crew skillfully and delicately/surgically maneuvered the 600+ pound instrument and transported it to our home. From tools, fixtures, transports/carts, handling mechanisms, trailer/hitch, vehicles - you can tell this is a well "tuned" mission with military precision, safety, and care. It was also the hottest day so far in 2022 with temps in the 90s and a heat index over 100. What a truly exceptional and wonderful experience. Great service, wonderful people and personality, and I can save you the many calls we made to "hope" we would find the right folks!!! HERE THEY ARE!!!

He responded. He asked a couple questions and started working on my piano. I know I should have stopped him and sent him away. I stayed close observing what he was doing and then I guess he realized I was the owner and not the hired help. He asked, "oh so did you just move here". I thought it was an odd question as my home is fully furnished and what would make him assume we just moved in? It made me wonder if he asks all his new clients if they just moved in especially those who don't look like me. It appeared he may not have expected a person of color to live in the well maintained home we do, in the neighborhood we live with a beautiful piano. When he was done I quoted back to home the price and his response was I guess that will work. Either that was your price or not and there were no issues with my piano just needed a tuning. Upon leaving my mother was sitting on the porch and he walked right by her and did not say goodbye or have a good day. Matter fact he didn't say that to us. I asked how often should I tune it and he said in a year. That was it. I will not use this tuner again as he lack professionalism and social skills or he has other issues. Addition: The below is a none truth. We were home and my mother was sitting on the porch. He did not have to wait as he was expected. Another reason we will not use his services.
