Although they say they price match, they do not which makes me not trust that they would stand by their products or other business practices. I gave them a link for the exact same car seat, same model, same color at a different website and they refused to price match even though their policies say that they do. There was no explanation, just "no, sorry". That's a really poor business practice when you make fake promises like price matching. Customer service was also very slow. Their phones don't work and they take days to respond to a question. I do not recommend this company. I let them know that someone in my life had ordered an item from my baby registry from them, and FedEx had lost the package. The tracking from FedEx had said it was delivered and I had initiated the process to find it. I simply asked for help trying to figure out what it was that I was looking for. We ordered a Nuna travel system with the tavo stroller and pipa lite car seat. The order hadn't shipped in 2 weeks so we contacted the shipper to find out that they no longer had the color we ordered. So we told them another color and they sent the shipping information for fedex the following day. The tracking says it was delivered on my front door 3 days ago, but it was in fact never delivered. We have a nest front door cam, so it definitely did not arrive. The (expensive) order said "signature not required" which I think would solve this ongoing problem that I am seeing in a lot of their reviews. I ordered a Doona car seat, it was a discontinued color in older model so listed for $430 instead of $500 for newer models/colors. Shortly after I placed the order, I received an email stating they had oversold and no longer had the product. I was given the option to get a different color in the newer model for the discounted price of $430. I emailed back to accept, and within a few days received confirmation, then tracking number, then my car seat arrived. It was the real product, not a knock-off (apparently a problem on Amazon). Note, this store is located in NJ and I note a lot of the negative reviews come from west coast orders. I'm not sure if they have issues shipping further away, but their website advertises "overnight delivery to tri-state area." I live in NY state. I ordered despite the negative reviews, knowing I could drive down to NJ and confront them if there were issues. Fortunately I had none, and received the (substituted) product (during holiday season no less) very quickly with nothing but professionalism on their side. read more

I went to BuyBuy Baby and the stroller my wife liked was stickered $770, but out the door ~$1,100 (Las Vegas). I found the stroller on Piccolino Baby for $705...flat. No tax, no shipping costs. BuyBuy Baby said they could price match (big sign behind registry desk)...they didn't want to. This is possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. The company shipped an uppa baby stroller which was worth over $1000 without signature confirmation. The package ended up getting stolen and after filing a report with the shipping company and the police, Piccolino baby gave us a guarantee in writing that they would replace the product. They even initiated to ship the product, but then without reason cancelled it the next day. This company does not hold true to their word, are impossible to get in touch with, and does not value the customer. They have a D+ rating with the better business bureau (BBB) and never even bothered to reply to our complaint that was filed with the BBB. As a new parent to be, it's stressful enough to get ready for your child and this company added significantly to that stress, both emotionally and financially. I have emailed, left a voicemail, commented on Instagram, and Facebook messaged them. I purchased what was being sold as a brand new Uppababy Vista stroller and rumble seat from their website because they're listed as an authorized seller on the Uppababy website and they do not charge sales tax. The stroller frame is scuffed up and the seat doesn't recline like it's supposed to. I called them multiple times only to be hung up on multiple times. When I finally did get them to stay on the line the said they needed to contact Baby Jogger since it was through them and they don't know about the tracking number.
