We stopped by with our 3 kids 3 under 3 due to seeing some gorgeous clothing in the window. We planned to scope out some of the clothes and didn't plan to stay long and if anything buy a dress or two for our daughter. The woman at the register was incredibly sweet, however a couple minutes after we entered, another woman came into the store. Im not sure what the woman's name was, but she was an employee. We got there about 10 minutes before closing although we were unaware of that until the other employee brought it up. We apologized & responded by saying we were just trying to get an idea of what the store had and didn't plan on staying past closing. The woman responded with "well some of us have places to be & lives to live". She came off as very rude, despite the other employee insisting to her that she would be fine alone, and that she could leave early. We got there at about 5:20, and the door was not locked, nor did the register woman mention she had an issue at all. My husband went back inside after loading our kids up to explain to the nicer woman, how off putting the other had been, and that it's deterring us as new customers to come back. He went back to iterate that behaving that way was just very rude of her, and we also wanted to ensure that she wasn't the owner of the store. 1 star off for that woman, 4 stars that maybe could become 5 depending on our next visit which will hopefully be a better one. I don't know if she was having a bad day, or an emergency, but we did not appreciate her demeanor towards us, especially in the presence of our children. Walked in looking for a gender neutral baby gift and it was about 1 minute before I found the perfect gift - the women running the shop are very helpful and fast. They even gift wrapped the item for me and coordinated a baby sheep rattle with the sheep wrapping paper for the box! Love this place, thank you so much! I went to this boutique to find some holiday clothes for my one year old son, and this store did not disappoint! The owner took her time to show me a variety of outfit combinations and pointed me in the right direction in terms of sizing. She put together a few shirt and pant outfits that were exactly what I was looking for! She also showed me some adorable books, bibs and jackets that were hard to pass up. This is the perfect store to find clothes for your own child or as a gift, as the staff is very helpful and the store has an amazing inventory. I also recently received a birthday gift for my son from this store, and I am in love! It is an adorable pajama outfit with a matching bedtime book. I will definitely be stealing this idea for gifts for my friend's children. Thank you Little Charmers for an amazing experience and I can't wait to be back! read more

This is my favorite children's boutique ever! I recommend it to everyone I know. The clothing is all adorable, but they also sell the cutest accessories. The owner is so sweet and willing to help. I live around the corner and have shopped here multiple times over the years. They always have beautiful baby clothes and layettes--usually very pricey but for a gift or special occasion it's worth it. Today I wandered in to get a newborn gift-- the mom to be needs everything so rather than a precious high end item I wanted to get a few outfits and headed to the sale rack, selecting four or five pieces and a book, over $100 total at least. I was the only person in the store. I asked if it could al be wrapped together for a gift (as I have had in the past--it's a reason to go there, wrapped and done!) The dour older woman at the register (?owner??)replied she wouldn't wrap sale items but would give me a box. I asked again-- surprised, as the store was dead, and my total was substantial. She replied again- she would give me a box. I walked out. I try to support small local businesses and shop downtown all the time. I really could not believe the air of condescension directed at my request -- Very disappointing. I will never set foot in here again. And I will tell my expectant patients my story-- for sure. read more

Friendly Staff-- Super helpful without the pushiness that sometimes comes with a boutique like setting. The owner even introduced herself & thanked me for visiting as it was my first visit. Store was fully stocked & kept neat & beautiful. Clothing was obviously not 'large dept store' quality. Merchandise was made beautifully & beleive me when I say when your child is dressed as a 'littlr chrmer' they will stand out & be noticed. Looking forward to my next visit. This place is the finest store at the Jersey Shore for children's clothes, period. If you are searching for a sophisticated look for your child this is the place to shop. I've bought numerous outfits and more importantly Communion Dresses for all three of my daughters and they looked STUNNING on their special day. I have to respectfully disagree with the comment regarding the Owner, although I don't know her personally, she is an absolute pleasure with an extremely kind heart. As a small business owner myself, I know how difficult it is to please Everyone! When shelling out a lot of money on a purchase you want a strong relationship built so that you can trust you are making the right decisions. Stopped by after many years and found the same wonderful store. Such a nice break from the dept. stores and chain stores. My elderly mom was looking for a very special outfit for her new great granddaughter and the selection was amazing only to be outdone by the truly personalized caring service we received. My 80+ year old Mom was a little off balance and They actually got mom a chair to sit in while items were brought to her! they catered to her as if she were royalty. We purchased several items we know we could not have found anywhere else in Monmouth County and we have told just about everyone we know about this great boutique. Save yourself some frustration and do not shop here. The owner is Not someone you want to deal with when spending a couple of hundred bucks on a dress. Ordered the wrong size dress for my daughter, tried to pretend it was the correct size. When we went back for a fitting, she was 20 minutes late... no apology. When we went back to pick up after it was "let out", the seams were not let out. When we went back , the top was still tights and she said that "I will never be happy". Not if I have to drive a distance each time I go there. In the end, my beautiful dress does not lay right and does not fit properly.... But the owner just wants to talk and talk and talk... unbelievable! I have never seen such poor customer service and condescending attitude. Too late now to order something else. I am sure my daughter will look lovely and have fun on her big day, but I know that my dress now fits like a cheap looking dress. read more
