Their coffee is offensive to all of Italy. Completely unremarkable food that isn't worth the price. -For how big the room was, the shower was SO small. The handle was insanely temperamental and it's a few centimeters between getting burned to death or frozen. Overall I would not stay here again or recommend it.

Small sized trash cans We could not even find the rooms's trash can at first so small can under the table and dont let me start on the can they put at the bathroom sooo tiny.

Very convenient if you want to take the train directly to and from the Malpensa airport. As for the room, it was very clean, sufficient space, and had a nice view of the train station and city buildings. The hotel bar is also a cozy spot to sit and enjoy a beverage and snacks. The breakfast is superb. Lots if options with delicious items. Overall, it was a great stay. There are accessible restaurants and bars only a few minutes walking distance and if you need to burn off a large meal, the Duomo area is a 40 min walk. The staff are very pleasant and friendly and also the hotel gym is great amenity as well. Definitely will consider staying here again!

Walk out the door, go down the stairs, and you're at the other end of the platforms at the station. Which means that you can get up in the morning, and catch the Malpensa express to MXP without having to plan anything other than the train time - it's literally just a couple of minutes to the train!

They have fluent English speaking staff so language is no problem. I called in for an iron and it was delivered almost immediately. The only down side is that it is not close to the main part of the town so the cab fare was pretty steep and finding a cab was a challenge also. We had to catch a flight and scheduled an uber ahead of time. Scheduling an Uber is your best bet if you have to reach somewhere on time like us.

That's probably the most unsanitary spot in the whole room (besides the toilet). Unless you want a cheap place to stay I would not recommend this hotel.

The walls separating the rooms are paper thin, though, and you can hear people in the other rooms easily. The showers are nice and warm, however. The breakfast is served from 7 to 9:30 am every morning and the mother of the family makes a nice Cappuccino. I just did not like the bed. It was too flimsy.
