We chose to use their services because of the great communication, fair pricing and quick turnaround. They came out to give an estimate Saturday afternoon and completed the work in one day a couple days later on Tuesday. They worked very cleanly and efficiently. Hey everybody, I…read morehad an absolutely horrible experience after hiring Josue Herrera of Herrera Maintenance. We had agreed on a price and agreement for landscaping projects on my property. I even wrote up a contract that we both signed, thankfully I did so I can use that in court. He said the project would take 3 days and we're going on 4 months. He would work for a day or two then ask for more money. I wouldn't see or hear from him for weeks at a time after giving him advance. Bottom line not 1 project has been completed in over 4 months time. I haven't seen him for over a month. Patched foundation and basement still leaks, power washed pavers but never sealed, etc. etc. etc. Too many details to list here but ask me and I'll be happy to share.
