I called around, and using the Yelp app, I found Mr. Potter, or "Jeff," as he kindly mentioned, when he introduced himself. He gave me a great quote after checking out the wild Savana. We settled on a price and time, and just like the Lion King, "Hakuna Matata," means "Don't worry." Jeff got it done in a jiffy with a smile, and magically produced a great yard that I don't have to hide from the neighbors staring anymore. "Take that, Mrs. Johnson! We are not the worst yard in the neighborhood anymore." Oh, sorry, where was I? Yeah, I recommend Jeff. You'll love the guy.

My back yard is on the edge of a conservancy and always mostly in shade and the ground stays soft so when a previous service had used a standing mower it left deep ruts in the yard that had to be filled. I told David this and asked not to use the standing mower but his guys used the standing mower anyway. The front of the house really cannot be done with the standing mower. David will no longer be doing anything in my yard.

I asked if he would come back and fix them and offered to pay him for his time and he agreed. He said he would be there the next day but never showed up. I followed up twice more. The second time he responded again and said he was coming but never showed, and the third time he just ghosted me. It was a complete waste of money because my lights looked terrible for Christmas. I was embarrassed to even turn them on. If I wanted janky lights I would've just put them up myself. Lesson learned.
