We hosted my husband's 50th birthday party here last night, and unfortunately it was one of the worst event experiences I've ever had. We booked a private event package that included catering, bowling, axe throwing, and soft drinks. From the moment we arrived, it felt like no one was actually managing the event. We spent most of the evening tracking down staff, asking for updates, requesting game repairs, and trying to figure out what was supposed to happen next. One of the first issues involved the food. We were never informed where our buffet was located. I eventually had to ask someone, only to be directed to a buffet set up on the opposite side of the room from our group in a public area, nowhere near where we had been told to gather. I had to request that it be moved. Even after it was relocated, it was still placed far from our group despite there being available space much closer. The food itself was disappointing. The fried pickles were so heavily battered that most of our guests couldn't even tell what they were supposed to be, and much of the appetizer went uneaten. We also ordered a quesadilla trio, but only cheese quesadillas appeared to be served. Looking back at our contract, our package also included soft drinks. At no point were we informed of that, offered any, or told how to access them. The only beverage service we received was after I specifically requested water, at which point a pitcher of warm tap water with a metallic taste was brought to the table. The games were equally frustrating. We experienced equipment issues, service interruptions, and long waits for assistance. When lanes stopped working, we pressed the call button and waited. No one came. We repeatedly had to leave our guests and go find staff ourselves. The biggest issue was communication. We were later told that our axe-throwing time had already started, even though no one had informed us. We were then told our activities needed to be cut short because another group was coming in, despite the venue being largely empty and no replacement group ever appearing. One of our guests also had an unpleasant interaction at the bar after requesting a drink that one bartender didn't know how to make and asked a fellow staff member for assistance with. According to our guest, the second bartender responded with profanity, loudly stating that she didn't give a f*** and was leaving, before grabbing her belongings and walking out. When our guest brought this interaction to management's attention, she was reportedly told to calm down and stop cursing, even though she was simply repeating the language that had been used by the employee. The most disappointing part of the evening was the birthday cake. After requesting it, we waited about 30 minutes before having to track someone down again. When it finally arrived, there was no opportunity to gather guests or sing Happy Birthday. It was immediately cut and served. What should have been a special moment became another frustration. The overall impression left on us and our guests was not simply that the evening was disorganized, but that management was largely indifferent to the problems we were experiencing. Issue after issue was brought forward, yet very little was done to address them in a meaningful way. The evening felt disorganized, chaotic, and poorly managed from start to finish. This experience left us incredibly disappointed. Unfortunately, neither we nor any of our guests have any interest in returning. read more

I've gone here a few times with friends to rent a pickleball court. It's decently priced and charged per hour. If I had the option to come here more often, I would but they are usually pretty booked up in my experience. It's really nice to have an indoor pickleball court. I know they have open play on certain days, but I've only gone to rent a court. There are also mini games in the turf you can play while waiting. They have corn hole and ping pong. Overall, this is a nice place and my experience here has been good. They do offer food and a bar in the center area. Bathrooms are near the front entrance tucked away. read more

I'm so excited that I was able to visit Pickle N Pins for the first time. As a first time player I was ready to spread my wings and take pickle ball head on. I brought a friend and we had a great time exploring the games and eventually the court. We rented balls and paddles and it was game on. I think I have a new hobby. To start, I usually have a great time here every time I come here, which is usually at 1-2 times a week. My grievance this time is related to the food/drinks situation. I've brought outside snacks/food in before, multiple times. For reasons unknown to me, 8/8/25 at about 2200, my half eaten Chipotle bowl that contained double chicken was thrown away by the manager. I was not in the middle of a game. He walked behind me & started collecting the food. I turned over and said "hey, I still have food in there." He replies bluntly "you can't have outside food in here" as he continues to grab the bag and other drinks on the table. There was no opportunity to take my stuff outside nor did his tone suggest any sympathy for this new rule or enforcement of rule. On my way out of the establishment, I looked at the door that I had originally entered and did NOT see any sign saying "No Outside Food" (see pictures). Are there other entrances? Sure. But if no outside food is the rule, there should be a sign at the doors so I can turn around to put my food away. Usually a 4* place but yesterday was a 2* experience. read more

We were bored and Surge's lot was too packed so we decided to see what PNP was all about. As one enters, there are a few arcade style games, the bar, food, and the info desk. There are free games such as cornhole and connect 4. My party consisted of another adult and a child. We decided to do bowling. The bowling lanes are towards the back. Bowling is $10pp/ hour during peak hours(weekends). I enjoyed it. I had no issues this visit; the one employee that we interacted with was nice. PNP reminds me of Shamrock before it became hood. PNP would be great for a date night, girls night, older kids, or for those that want to try something different. read more

We came early and service was very slow due to staffing issues. It was a one man show running around and I felt bad but it was a slow morning so we enjoyed an hour of pickle ball and order foods and drinks . They have a game area for the kids to play which is pricy but fun for kids. read more

To be honest, I don't really understand the negative reviews on here about Pickle N Pins. I've only played here a couple of times, and I've never had a problem with my play time or with anything at all. Service is nice, courts are clean, and the inside aesthetic gives off a chill vibe. The pricing for courts are actually pretty decent if you split it up with your fellow players. Not to mention, they serve food and drinks here too (the club sandwich here is really good). I can't speak for anyone else, but I had a good time playing here and I'd honestly come back again whenever I have the chance. read more

It was really nice and modernized. There were lots of people playing pickleball on multiple courts. The bathrooms are in the front at the end. In the back the are "pins". It's like a mix between bowling and skee-ball. It was funny watching the pins "reset". The place is definitely cool. I'm sure they will be a great rainy day spot. Cannot wait to see. Great place to go for a first date. It's also kid friendly so if you have kids they won't get bored because they have an arcade and more. They have four or even more than that I think pickle ball courts. They have a food area where you eat and a refillable beverage area they also have bowling. Lots of things at this place !! Had an issue this wknd with a group of adults attempting to harass my kids as they played. The manager was amazing at deescalating, and offered more play time for the inconvenience. The entire staff was super helpful from the moment we walked in until we left. Madison was the manager, she was wonderful. Shelly, Harmony, Martha, Alesia and the young man at the front counter. We took the family and kids at 11:20ish pm. The hours of operation listed the place open till 1am, which it is not and clearly false advertising. When we checked in, Destiny, who by the way is an amazing employee, said that we could have the whole hour they would still be there. At 11:45 the first employee came and told us to clear courts time to leave. We discussed with her how we were told we could stay. She said had to speak to the manager. That is when Jerimah came. Absolutely rude and zero customer service skills. At that point it was 10-15 more minutes left of playing time. He could have easily accommodated us since listed hours was till 1am. After spending some time talking with Jeremiah we left. At this point it was 12:20. We asked for a refund and he claimed he had no idea how to do it. Long story short, save your money bad service isn't worth it to go there for the hefty price tag. Hope the owners recognize this and make changes or this is how businesses go under. read more

Super friendly staff, very clean and organized. They have two different restaurants that yo can order from. The bartender actually made a really good Old Fashion so I was really pleased. Prices are great as well. We did axe throwing, bowling and darts and I think that was around $65 or so. Will for sure be going back! read more

I tried to book a party for Saturday, November 8th at 7:00 PM. The general manager returned my call and explained that reservations must be made at least a week in advance. She checked the schedule for that night and confirmed there were no existing bookings, assuring me we could simply pay to play when we arrived. When we got there, only four bowling lanes were working. Our lane kept glitching, and we lost about 25 minutes of our paid hour because the system stopped working. The pricing for pickleball was also disappointing...$60 per hour during peak times, plus an additional $3 per paddle and $3 per ball. The facility itself was in very poor condition. The place looked broken down and dirty. Trash was left on almost every table, and the gate to the pickleball court was literally hanging by a thread. There were no staff members anywhere in sight to clean up or maintain the space and it honestly felt like everyone had disappeared. We ordered food and received a text saying it was ready. However, when we went to pick it up, the employee told us it wasn't ready yet. She seemed irritated when she realized our ticket had been sitting there waiting to be made. At the front desk, there was no staff available for quite a while and only a sign said they were assisting other guests. A long line formed, and we waited over 15 minutes. When an employee finally arrived, they had AirPods in both ears, didn't greet us, apologize for the wait, or acknowledge the line. They just stood there until we said what we wanted to purchase. The bartender was also extremely rude and forgot to return debit cards to three people in our group, only simply saying, "I forgot." Another bartender made my husband an Old Fashioned and used his bare fingers to scoop ice from the tray... Overall, the staff seemed unhappy, unmotivated, and uninterested in helping guests. It felt like we were bothering them every time we asked for assistance. It's unfortunate because this was our first time...and last time... going. It could have been so much better. 7/11/26 Bowling lane 4 along with the one beside it had some sort of malfunction. From the start I was charged for 5 players but only 4 player slots were entered. The three employees outside of the kitchen staff were all new, had no clue how to correct the error so we were sitting ducks. The fact that there was no manager on site is insane. The employee Melania contacted the general manager Martha. Martha refused to assist me the customer directly. She advised the employee to advise me the customer to return tomorrow to have a refund processed at 10 am, disconnected the call, and refused to answer. She then sent a text to the employee Michael advising me to call the store at noon and she maybe able to issue a refund remotely. Why not correct the error tonight? Why tell me two different times? Is my time not valuable? I'm appalled at the service received as well as management not being on site especially with new employees. 7/12/26 I have called several times of course my calls were unanswered. I arrived at 12:52 pm no sign of Martha I'm told she's on the way so I wait. What started as a great night Martha turn into a s**t show. It's 1:29 pm and I'm still waiting. Visited this place for the first time . Never before coming back . The best employee ( thats how the manager introduced him) came over to me with my 3 yr old girl in my arms and listen I was talking in spanish to her. This seemed to bother him and literally pulled me out of the space I was watching my husband play. This words he used: no , no , no I need you to get out of here right now. Absolute 0 skills on how to treat customers . Then follow to approach my husband and taking him out of the game screaming and waving his hands saying get out , get out as if we were some kind of monster for him. I asked him what is wrong and he said you need to learn and have this for a reservation ( I understood the space was reserved) my answer was ok so next time place a sign as reserved. I continue my way and at the back he continue talking i didn't paid much attention even though he was really rude to me, my daughter ( which is 3 ) and my husband. After 5 mins the manager named martha approached me saying this : my employee told me you used abusive language with him. He is the best had worked for me over the last years and I wont allow that type of language in here. To make the story short the manager never asked ME the customer what happened. I told her i wanted to listen to an audio since she mentioned they had one in which i was abusive. I told her i needed to educate myself and learn what did i said to him that was consider abusive. She didn't even mind that i was her customer in that place and decided to take me out of the location since i was aggressive mind you I had with me my 3 yr old in present again. She decided to believe her employee even though I kept my education level hight to demonstrate that I am not an abusive person as her employee said. My lesson in this place is that i was treated the worst way just because i am hispanic. Her employee approached in the worst way ever and as a business owner i would never allow my customers to be treated that way. The manager she has 0 training on handling this correctly since until now she never asked me what happened. First time never coming back ! I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Pickle N Pins was frustrating enough to warrant one. From the moment we walked in, the staff--especially at the bowling area, which I believe is called "The Shaft"--was disengaged and unwelcoming. No one greeted us or offered any help getting started with the games. We had to flag someone down just to figure out how things worked, and even then, our requests for assistance were met with indifference or outright ignored. We asked for help gathering our group together and getting lanes assigned, and it felt like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. The overall vibe from the staff was that they simply didn't care about customer service. There was zero hospitality, which is disappointing for a place that markets itself as a fun, social destination. To make matters worse, the drink service was painfully slow. We waited far too long to receive basic orders, and even then, the staff seemed rushed and uninterested. The prices are ridiculously high for what you get--especially when paired with such lackluster service. You'd expect better value or at least an experience that reflects the price point, but that wasn't the case at all. All in all, Pickle N Pins has potential, but the disorganized service, unwelcoming staff, and inflated pricing made this a place I wouldn't return to--or recommend. Pickle N Pins is a hidden gem... Great experience!!! Lots of areas to explore: duck pin bowling, pickle ball court, arcade games, and digital ax throwing. There are also free yard games: connect four, corn hole, and ping pong. The menu had a good selection. Activities and food were all reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and available for support. Adults and children could fully enjoy this experience. I also appreciated the originality of the layout...it's thematic and trendy. If I could leave zero stars I would. Went for my friend's birthday party and got 7 brew for the group before going in. When I got to the door there was a sign that said no outside food or drink. I was holding a cake and all the 7 brew in my hands so I went inside to put the cake down and give my friends their 7brew and tell them we need to drink it outside. They were in the middle of ordered food so I sat the seven brew on the table nearest to the front door and stood by it waiting for them to be done. The bald man that works behind the bar approached me to tell me that no outside food or drink is allowed. I told him ok and that as soon as my friends were done ordering at the kiosk that was 2 feet away from us that we would go outside. 30 seconds later he picked up my friends full drinks off the table and threw them away. I have no problem with rules being enforced, but I think that it is totally inappropriate to touch and discard someone's personal items without permission. I would have rathered him tell me that if I didn't take the drinks outside immediately then I would be forced to leave. The whole interaction was completely unprofessional. I've been here a few times since opening & had fun each time, but my family won't be returning. 1. You guys are terrible with info about activities and refunds, and being cashless is inconvenient, especially with kids. When my husband asked about it, your GM was rude, like it was a dumb question. 2. You guys actually have great customer service..besides your management and it's clear how it affects morale. They speak down to staff, in front of customers--that one lady is just plain mean; the workers seem scared. Uncomfortable for everyone. That's not family friendly. My family and I came in today at non peak hours and began our day with the bowling. For the first 30 minutes of bowling we were the only people in the whole building that were not workers. Our machine broke and we clicked the button for service. Our screen said that someone was coming to fix it. We waited 5 minutes before finally getting up and going to get someone to fix it. The man was in his phone in the front and didn't even notice me standing there until I finally spoke up. He fixed it and 20 minutes go by and it broke again. We waiting again with nobody coming so at this point we were annoyed because you pay by the hour and we had now lost at least 10 minutes of our play time. We then payed for the axe throwing and 20 minutes went by and a worker came up to us saying we should be playing that we needed to pay first. After telling him we had payed he said he would go double check. He came back and said we didn't pay and needed to go pay. I showed him my receipt and bank app showing the transaction. I ended up speaking to the manager, he said his name is Corey Bucksworth, and he said that we needed to pay again because it didn't go through on their system. This was a conversation we had right in front of the man who took my payment and charged me. I again showed Corey the transaction statement on my bank app and he said it was wrong. If we wanted to keep paying he said he would charge us again and if not we had to leave. So we left and my account is still charged I am still waiting for my refund. read more
