I have been going to this location for years. I have had many trucks done before this current…read moredisaster. This time I took my brand new 2025 RAM into have the windows done. After 3 attempts they still can't seem to do the job right. 1st attempt there was some kind of fuzz in the tint, second attempt there were dried up bubbles in the tint and you can see where they cut it wrong and the tint didn't cover the entire window. The end result of their 3rd attempt is what looks like scratches in the tint between the glass and the film. Again, this is a brand new truck. (pics attached) After dealing with Rex and Connor I even emailed their corporate office. Well, this is an independently owned franchise, corporate forwarded my email and pics to the owner and the shop offered me a measly $50. Yeah, that's what Ziebart has come to. Low quality work. They said I was asking for too much, I paid for a professional job, not a hack job. They even left their drink in my truck on the last visit and didn't put the window trim back on right. After dealing with Conner's condescending tone I told him to keep his pathetic $50 refund, I will find a better shop that can do it right.

My appointment ended up getting pushed back multiple times, which caused me to rearrange some of my own plans and wait longer than expected for the job to be completed. I had already paid more than half up front and still had to wait several days for the rest of the work to be finished. as a professional you have to make sure you have extra tools in case one goes out , check the weather fluently , & family emergencys should be handled properly I do understand that the price I received was already part of an early summer discount, but because of the multiple delays and the time I lost waiting and rescheduling my own plans, it would have been nice to see a little extra consideration or discount for the inconvenience. Telling me we would talk about the discount when he got to my house & when i asked him how much he basically charged me fully which i thought was kinda ridiculous he definitely had no consideration for that That said, he did finish the job and the tint itself looks really good. I would just recommend clearer communication and sticking closer to scheduled times so customers don't end up losing their own time waiting. & not have people pay up front if you know the job won't be done the same day !
