I know quite a bit about car audio myself, so when calling a place about an install, I want it done right or I would do it myself. Now being I know the audio field pretty good, I know of the big name shops in town. Yeah I pulled a santa Claus. I made a list, followed by quotes, narrowed that list, and made one decision. That choice I made has been great! I would make it again, and again. If you like to be treated well, and not feel like they just want your money, come to premier audio. Now I had premier audio install a Viper alarm/remote start prior to the setup of the appointment without any problems, they accepted the task and made my day good. About a week after I got the remote start installed my starter on my car went out. Being I was new to the alarm deal I thought it was a fault in the remote start system. At the time Premier Audio and myself went through all the steps to help me figure out what the cause was. I'm no mechanic but I was pretty sure what the cause was after getting off the phone with Premier Audio and entirely disabling the remote start. My car ended up getting towed and sure enough it was my starter, just like I suspected, not the remote start. For the price I paid I couldn't be happier! Everything was fine until I asked about front-only PPF and mentioned XPEL's $2000 pricing. He immediately snapped, "I'm not XPEL, you can go there," then had the nerve to say they're super busy implying that they don't really need my business. Cool, I took him up on that offer and left. No excuse for treating a paying customer like that. I was asking a simple question. That kind of cocky, dismissive attitude is a red flag. If you value your time and your money, take both somewhere else.

When Jay came outside to inspect my systems wiring, he immediately noticed that the other shop had failed to secure the wire to my battery properly--it actually came undone just from him slightly touching it! Jay quickly wrote up a service agreement, and got my vehicle into their garage for the installers to give everything a thorough inspection. They properly fastened the cable to my battery terminal, checked the ground connection, and cleaned up the messy cable management left by the other shop. Additionally, they inspected the rest of the wiring to ensure there were no other issues. Knowing everything is now secure and professionally installed gives me such peace of mind. As someone who's extremely particular about their vehicle, I was determined to do my due diligence. After a days of scouring reviews, I narrowed down my options to a top five list. Tintify stood out to me for many reasons. 1. A flawless review record - not one single bad review. 2. Armando and his daughter Amaya are a family duo, and I love supporting small businesses with a personal touch. 3. Armando took the time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. 4. Johnson window films are a reputable brand, and I was impressed by their brand quality after doing my research. 5. He doesn't remove door panels, which was a huge plus for me. I opted for the Johnson IR supreme window tint film, 45% around except for the front window, which was 70%. I wanted a super ceramic tint that would provide excellent heat retention without being too dark. And let me tell you, the front windshield tint was a game-changer - it's an absolute must-have for resisting heat. I will say that after driving all the way out to Marysville, my front window was a lot bigger than Armando anticipated. So he had to order a bigger roll, and I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make it right. He even came out to my house to finish the job - talk about dedication. After a couple of days, I rolled my windows down, and the cut lines looked like they were laser-cut by a machine. At first, the windows seemed a little darker than I expected, but after a couple of days, they lightened up beautifully. Extremely Disappointed With Ziebart and Regional Manager…read more I normally don't leave reviews, but my experience with Ziebart - especially with their regional manager, Connor - deserves to be documented so others are aware. I brought my truck in for Ziebart service, expecting professional results. Instead, the work was rushed and sloppy. They globbed the Ziebart product all over my paint, and I had to bring the truck back because the job was so poorly done. That alone was frustrating, but unfortunately it got worse. When I picked up my vehicle the first time, I noticed a new dent that was absolutely not there before. Ziebart immediately claimed it didn't happen in their shop, yet they never completed any prior-damage paperwork on my truck when I dropped it off. No walk-around, no notation, nothing. If they're going to deny responsibility, the very least they should do is document vehicles properly -- but they didn't. Trying to get answers from management was just as disappointing. The regional manager, Connor, was incredibly unprofessional. Instead of helping resolve the situation, he was dismissive and refused to acknowledge their mistakes or the lack of documentation. For someone in a leadership position, the attitude and lack of accountability were shocking. I expected a reputable company to care about their work and their customers. Instead, I left with extra hassle, a dent that wasn't there before, and zero responsibility taken by their management. I would strongly recommend doing your homework and thinking twice before trusting this location with your vehicle.

They couldn't get my car taken care of for over a week. I checked Yelp and found the project function to get a quote.
