[They don't even use tripod!] If you study 3 hours of photography, you are much More professional than their service. iPhone point and shoot photos has better outputs. They charge you extra to have raw files. The staff is extremely lazy and they do not check facial expressions while shooting photos. When I called to make complaints that they only sent me 4 rather than 40 photos, they don't care at all, and they charge me 220 dollars. This store belongs to McKingly rather than fashion fair, or fashion fair is bad as this already. read more

Booking was easy and communication was great, including a helpful reminder text about the scheduled photo session. The owner was friendly and did accommodate my request to switch which image was printed large for the frame after I saw the edited proofs (thank you). Unfortunately, the photo session and editing quality didn't match the price for me. The photographer was kind, but I think she could benefit from a bit more experience with posing/directing. With the editing, I noticed the background area wasn't fully corrected to match the color I selected, and the owner mentioned the photo was cropped to address it. The photo still turned out okay, but for the price I was hoping for a bit more polishing in the edit. read more

I love how my twins graduation pictures came out. My boys are autistic and very nervous but the staff were very kind and helpful. The pictures came out perfectly and for a great price. Their prices are terrible. They don't let you buy individual prints unless you purchase a package. They make it very hard an expensive to purchase downloads of multiple prints. These were photos done my kid's daycare and the prices about what it would be for a private session. Oh and the watermarks cover half of their face so you can't even tell which pictures are good to use. Very disappointing and I hope we switch back to our old photography studios. Better pricing and package options and the watermark doesn't obstruct the previews of the photos. read more

The photographer took our portraits too fast. We were not ready yet; as a result, our family photos looked too unnatural and not even smiling. He focused too much on the kids. It seemed he only cared about how the kids looked like in the photo. The mom and dad could look horrible. Honestly, we would like our money back. He just pretended that the parents were invisible. If the portraits don't look good (or even ok), we are not going to display them at home. It just doesn't make any business sense to make only the children look great and let the parents look pretty bad. read more

He was saying bhaji bhaji in my language it means brother brother. Thinking everything will be ok.. if I'm sure if I've had said something in Chinese I wasn't going to get a discount.. right.. business is business. Oh brother. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!! They use NO A/C! (90+ degrees outside) We were dripping in sweat the entire session ..(even with my own personal fans i brought it was still a nightmare.) We walked in and the lady is asking us what poses we wanted to do and i asked for suggestions and got none. Not even "turn ur head this way or that way". The photographer offered to use a "1" prop for my boys first birthday that was chipped/ cracked and she said kindly that she'll edit it... 2 days go by they say the pictures are ready for pick up & they didnt edit anything. So i wasted 40 minute drive to Fresno and a hour getting myself and the kids ready for that drive to be disappointed and have to come all the way back a week later to do the same thing, thankfully the second time i picked up it was ready and edited. My baby was screaming probably because it was so hot in the studio i had to get in and out of that session asap! They said its a $99 package but i payed nearly $110 where is all those taxes going didnt even give me a receipt. read more

A lot could improve from this place. i've never wrong a review on here but everyone deserves to know what this place is like before going. don't waste your time. to begin, the photographer is so bad at his job he will blame it on you for any reason. he didn't get one person fully into the picture? you're at fault. you don't like any of the pictures because he only does like three poses? you're at fault for that too. our family was so disappointed in the pictures they are just sitting in a cabinet and we will not be putting them up they were so bad. i could go on forever about how horrible of an experience this was. we have never had any issues anywhere else, he kept telling us what we did wrong in the session but he never fixed it or told us how to fix it. also at pick up there was a sign that said they would be back in ten minutes and i stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come by. no one was in the building they do not care about their customers. this place deserves to be taken down or just get a good photographer because what's his name sucks. read more

I have been going to this place for Halloween pictures for 9 years! At first they were GREAT!! I told EVERYONE to go here! They had big packages, did an 8x10 with a Halloween border with the year! They also gave you some 4x7s Now it's just one 10x13 which is an insanely ODD size to find frames for and a bunch of wallet sizes! No one wants wallets so basically just paying $20 for a 10x13 that I can't find a frame to fit. They used to use props and do multiple poses. I tried calling two weeks before Halloween to book our appointment and they wouldn't let me. I finally called back four days before Halloween and he said that they haven't been letting people book those appointments but he would let me. No props no different styles of sitting down versus standing up in the background was so blurry I could actually see the pixels in it, I used to easily drop $40+ on this package because I'd get extras and multiple poses...I most definitely will not be returning to this place and I will be finding someone else to do our Halloween pictures or just do them ourselves. I can't imagine what made this place go so far downhill from being the best in town to being the WORST. What a shame, they started out so great, now it's not even worth the 20 bucks. I will continue to do Halloween pictures, but I highly doubt it will be from these people since they don't even care about the Halloween packages anymore. It seems they put very little effort into it, and are annoyed that you want that package deal I was there greatest advocate, but now I will warn everyone I say not to go to them. Me and my boyfriend came to get our photos done here and I have nothing but positive things to say about this place! When we first walked in to book an appointment, we were kindly greeted and assisted right then and there! The gentlemen at the front desk helped us book an appointment and we went on from there! The day of our appointment came and we were about 20 mins earlier than the time we booked! The gentlemen helped us immediately without any hesitation and took our photos! We had the most FUNNEST TIME HERE!! Our photographer was a great sport and was great at communicating with us! He made the environment feel very welcoming! When I got there I was greeted and was told to fill out a paper in regards to how many people were gonna be in the photo, choice of background etc. Then a gentleman name Fred I believe was very kind and assist me with my questions and offered me the different packages and asked what my budget was and helped me with my choice of package. Then he said someone will be with me and my in laws and took the pictures without being and feeling rushed at all because we came in 40 minutes before closing time. This was my first time coming to this studio and I was not disappointed! I've never had an indoor photo shoot for my daughter so this was the first time. Mind you she's 3. When Freddy started taking pictures of her, he got some really great shots but then she got scared. He let us take our time for her to get comfortable with the flash. We loved how the staff spoke to us as soon as we walked in. They were very friendly and helpful. We were shopping with my mom and we happen to finish earlier then expected. I went in to speak with their front desk and they immediately offered to let us sit inside and gave my mom and me some water. We had 12 people in our group picture and did a generation and separate family pictures for Christmas. The photographer was very patient with all of us but especially with the little one. Nonsense!!!!!!!! I paid extra for the digital pictures and the print out.. I was told that I should be receiving the code within 24 hours.. I called them at 1pm they told me I should get by 4pm. At 4:45pm I called them they told me that I should be getting it by 5 or 6. Now I just received a text they're tell me it will be tomorrow morning.. what a joke... my son needs to send those for a clothing brand I promised them that I will send them pictures on Sunday.. that's what happens when you leave youngsters to run your business.. There was no wait, lots of props/backgrounds to choose from, and the place was clean! I will definitely be coming back here for pictures but only with Freddy! He was amazing with the kids and payed close attention to detail like fixing the girls hair, my boys shirts, posing etc! My 3 1/2 year old son is autistic and Freddy got him to smile which made my day because it's pretty hard to get my son to look at the camera and smile. Negative experience!!! Very unhappy!!! I took my daughter and grandkids in to get photos. After specific instruction to mail them they were given to another party. When I called they apologized and said they would reprint and be sent to me. And 3 weeks have passed and still nothing!!!Only being a few hours away and spending over $100 I expected way more!!!
