We arrived 15 minutes early, and our baby was happy and pleasant. However, your staff pushed us to the back of their list. They were taking walk-Ins ahead of us. It was well over an hour before they finally agreed to take us. By then (because the store is boiling hot), our baby (6 months old) was SCREAMING. We tried to calm her down, but she was inconsolable. We had to leave without taking any photos, and my parents wasted a trip. When I told the front desk staff that their poor time management completely ruined our day, they were rudely unapologetic. It is unacceptable to treat customers this way. Please do a better job of training your employees.

I emailed a couple other photographers, and he replied fast to emails answering all of my questions. At the session under the pier he was very personable and professional. We have Two year old boy that he captured perfectly! He was patient and offered valuable input. Our album was up for viewing a few days after the session and his website is very user friendly.
