They parked the tractor-trailer illegally, blocking the westbound lane of the road. Not partially blocking the roadway, they stopped and parked in the road. The road that they were on and blocking also prohibits commercial vehicles. Did you know that their forklift has a backup alarm that woke up the whole neighborhood? Gotta love how inconsiderate they are that so that they could fit in a delivery on the way to their regular commercial deliveries. So obviously, if they don't care about all of this, how could they care about an installation?

They were all very friendly, helpful and outstanding in representing their company. The receptionist was able to take our measurements and tell us how much did we needed, the scheduler called us three times with updates and the driver was very skilled in unloading the sod and very nice. And we only had a few scraps left over, now that's some precise measurements! Thank you
