I sent one final email in hopes she would respond and I got a reply with her referring me to other photographers in the area and her apologizing she will not take our pictures for no explained reason. However, she was on time to our shoot and there are no words to describe how incredible she was with our 9 month old. Ily truly has a gift when working with babies. And the photos? Literally stunning. My in-laws, husband, and myself were so impressed with Ily. I will gladly put up with a delay in communication for all of the positives otherwise.

My experience at Edith Saldana's photography was a pleasant one while we were doing the sitting and…read morethe photos. The cost was $600+ and that delivered me (1) 11x14, (5) 5x7 and a thumb drive. Expensive, which I didn't mind except that I didn't get what I was promised. They promised the 11x14, a video and all proofs. I got a thumb drive instead of the video and in lieu of proofs, I got (5) 5 x 7 photos. A thumb drive doesn't work when the person you wanted the DVD for is elderly, legally blind, does not own a computer and even if he/she did, wouldn't know how to use it. I feel they didn't deliver on their promise and on their services. They don't tell you what the package is going to cost you upfront. I feel they misrepresented their services and I would not go back to them again. If you use them, get a cost upfront and have them show you the quality of the photos they are going to deliver to you. They look like cardboard. Poor quality. I got better service, more photos on canvas for half their cost. SHOP AROUND. If my parent wasn't the current age it would be easy to redo this over and over again until it is right. Unfortunately, we don't have that option.
