I got attitude from the front desk because on my last visit my son spilled some water and and left the sheets wet... i apologize for it but this lady kept giving more and more grief ... i pay good money and if this worker has a problem cleaning rooms well maybe she needs a better job... she almost made it seem like she was not gonna rent me room if I had my son... very rude... then above all she gave me a room where the tv did not work and had one towel... I call to front with my phone and no one answered...so I walk up to front and no one came to front desk... very unsatisfied... not sure what was wrong with this lady(and I do remember the name) but if you think I'm lying I had the video camera on my phone on after she started her attitude... I expect the owner or manger to respond to this ... or I will take my family somewhere else... you are a five star place but your employee makes me feel like I have visited for my last time... ps I have checked in early before and been charger 10 bucks but she chartered me twenty... never have I payed to much extra and for a room that was not properly ready... sorry but I hope to see your old kind staff
