The therapist asked what was giving me trouble and worked on my shoulders and upper back the whole time. Pressure was good! firm enough to actually do something without being too much. I felt noticeably less stiff walking out than when I came in. The space is nothing fancy, more functional than anything, but it was clean and the staff were friendly without being over the top about it. Pricing felt reasonable for what I got.

The hallway is lit up on the left with pretty rocks and light. It sets the scene. The bathroom is cute and decorated nicely. Our massage room has our two tables and it was decorated nice too. The massage beds are warmed, so it's nice and toasty when you get it. You can be totally naked or wear whatever you're comfortable with. The massage was amazing and the pressure was perfect. Definitely better than the last massage I got. My only complaint is the loud ticking clock on the wall. The music was comforting and relaxing, but the clock is so loud. They should invest in one that is quiet. Well update- the night I went home my left knee started to hurt and it's been hurting ever since. I know my massage therapist massages my knees and I'm not sure what happened. I hope my knee gets better soon.

The only con I have is that my masseuse was wearing earbuds during the massage, and I could hear her whole playlist the whole hour. My husband heard it all the way to the other side of the room too, so it was pretty loud which kind of takes away from that zen feeling. But that's really the only con. It felt like they pounded on our back not massaged and the foot massage part of it was only about 10 minutes total.
