She was massaging my legs while constantly looking for different spa music on her phone. She would find Chinese music while going over and over on the same leg and then find something she liked and watch whatever it was on her phone screen. Huh?? At one point, she glanced over to see if I saw her. The music was orchestra like and not relaxing and then singing in Chinese. At this point, I wanted to get off the table early and check out of there. She never finished the full body massage because she was so distracted with her phone. I've never experienced anything like it. When I went to pay, she tried to tack on another $4 for something I couldn't understand and I refused 3 times to which she could see I wasn't budging. I'm mad at myself for leaving a tip for what was weird and not relaxing. And much of it hurt because I could tell she didn't have good technique and rhythm (I've had many a deep tissue massage in my day and nothing has ever hurt like this one.). She's can't speak intelligible English (or acts like she can't), so I hoped that almost everything she mumbled the whole time, which was a lot, was for my good.
