I called again Friday afternoon and the automated system told me someone would give me a call. Here it is 8:28 Friday evening and I still haven't received a call. This is absolutely not acceptable. I would love someone in management to give me a call and explain how this is acceptable. I will think twice before I return to this clinic.

I've been lied to multiple times about doctor's notes saying they sent them when they haven't. I've had to call back multiple times just to get it sent to my email. After your Telehealth call you cannot speak to the doctor again unless you pay another appointment fee even if you have questions regarding the previous appointment. The doctor is very cool but this recent appointment was insensitive and was more a cash grab. The staff is extremely rude especially the woman named Sabrina. They have 0 professionalism and should not work in patient care. If I could give negative stars I would. 10/10 do not recommend.
