This marina is the most expensive in the area. The extra money that you pay does not buy you…read moreanything. The whole facility is basically broken concrete and gravel. Nothing attractive or upscale here. They have no WiFi available for the customers, unmaintained bathrooms, and will charge you for any little thing. Need a package delivered to your boat? $5 charge. Need to delay your arrival for winter storage, due to weather? - your problem - here's the charge for being late. Want to store indoors over winter? - no weekend access. A little late you your payment? - your gate code is disabled. Need something heavy lifted onto your boat deck while on the hard? - be prepared to pay. I am surprised to read other reviews mentioning transient slips. They didn't have any in 2022. When you are launched, you must leave immediately. They don't have any slips for storage customers to use. They give you ten minutes in the launching well and then expect you to disappear. Safety be dammed. Also be aware that their is shallow water very close to the piers. Many boaters get stuck in the mud approaching the launch well and the basin. The marina does not have a boat or the desire to help their customers who are stuck. You have to call Tow Boat US. The staff is aggressive, has an attitude and should not be customer facing. If any of them is smiling, they are probably charging you for something. No kindness, no curtesy, no customer service, plenty of drama. With a husband and wife team, who can you complain to?

By that time all the seats were coming apart at the seams. We were told the thread was bad but we have not been able to get the other seats replaced. Very frustrating and disappointing. Not to mention costly. I would not recommend Wolf Marine as they don't stand behind the product they sell you.
