That's fairly crucial with our short summer season. There are a variety of accessories available for ski, I/O, or pontoon boats. They also sell everything form skateboards to wakeboards and the sales reps have a solid knowledge of not only the products but which is best suited to individual riding style. I'd recommend giving a bit more time in the fall to schedule service for winterizing and storage. They get slammed with boats and the storage space can run out quickly. They're a former Malibu dealer and now carry MB boats which I've heard are a higher quality product at a better price. They also have Cyprus Cay Pontoon boats. I can't tell you much about those other than they've won some awards and appear to be a nice ride. One thing I'd recommend to buy from this dealer are water tramps and tubes. I've found lower quality tubes can structurally fail after only a few weeks and the higher quality ones sold here have lasted for several seasons. Best deals on these are in the fall if you can wait. Great bunch of guys working here. I highly recommend this business.

The associate that answered the phone was beyond rude and unprofessional. When inquiring about the product I needed, he told me to look online. What he didn't realize I already looked online and it was not clear if it was in stock. When I asked if I called the Holland store and he said yes, I inquired why he could not check for me. He very rudely informed me that he did not have time to do this, and it was an inconvenience that I even called the store. I understand that he was the only person on the floor and I would be okay if he took the time to say, I need to call you back when I have a moment. But to tell a customer that you outright refuse to do their job is unacceptable. And when I said I would call the Grand Rapids store, he said you should and hung up on me. He fully knew the Grand Rapids store has been permanently closed. It is a shame to see a store being ran like this when we have over the years given them all our business. We will take our business online going forward.

Awful staff, terrible service, outrageous pricing!! There billing department just guesses and sends…read moreout random bills hoping someone will pay. My friends where sent a $500 bill when no work was actually done to there boat. I got a $950 dollar bill for just an estimate! An estimate that I had to wait 3 months for. Not to mention that the estimate wasn't even complete when they sent it! Iv heard rumors of batteries being stolen by employees. Overall this marina is an absolute mess!
