In addition, I discovered my deceased father left me his property: I paid all the property's back taxes/future taxes, I had to hire my first cousin who is a Supreme Court Judge and my other first cousin who is my P.I. Attorney in order, formally seizing my father's property as sole ownership through the Iriga Cadestral Survey property updates. Overall, I had to hone closing all loopholes in order, naming me as my father's beneficiary and titling the Tapayas property as an INHEIRITED, sole ownership.
Overall, I hung out with my relatives who lived in different towns and provinces throughout the Philippines since, I only met a handful of relatives who visited me as a child living in SF Bay Area. Whatever was the site worth seeing, I pretty much visited noteworthy places including, visiting a Catholic Church inside MAKATI MALL, a Catholic Church ADJACENT to Manila's Mall Of Asia, restaurants, flee markets, visited Manila's Chinatown, went scuba diving, visited Naga City's local hot springs, visited my first cousin, Joseph who is the head of Manila's ABS-CBN Broadcasting, and road Manila's short train transportation . . . Yupper-sirree-sir-bub~I've been there, done all THAT.
