My yard is destroyed. They have damaged a tree on the front by cutting its roots 6" from the tree and about 3' down. They piled mounds of dirt on my flowerbed and it looks like they tried to berm 2 sides of my house with piles of dirt, clay, and rocks. Only one of the workers spoke any English so it was difficult to communicate. No one came out to make sure everything was correct and although the house has been lifted, one of the doors is not closing again. read more

All went well with my foundation repair, Pier king did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them for foundation repair.

To start, I do not post reviews for companies online, this is a first. However, with my experience with Pier King, I feel obligated to warn others. DO NOT USE PIER KING!! I began working with Pier King in 2016, and wish I had never used them for my home's foundation repair. They have not stood by their work, or their "warranty". $12,000 and 8 years later, my front door still won't open, I have walls that are sinking into the crawlspace, and other companies saying the work Pier King did was done incorrectly and was insufficient. They have caused significant damages to my home that I have had to repair myself and spend thousands of additional $ to fix. Pier King now wants to charge me and additional $2,000 to get the front door to open. However, I have had other companies out for additional opinions and they say what Pier King suggest will not fix the issue completely. Not surprised by this, as this has been going on for years and they keep doing more work and not solving the problem. I guess the band-aid fixes create job security. Now, I am looking at another $4,000 in repairs. Pier King says it is not covered under warranty because it was not part of the initial repairs. However, I have pictures proving they have worked on these issues in the past. When they came to assess the issues, a MONTH after I called to get them back out for a warranty check, they were there for 5 minutes, did not go into the crawlspace to fully assess the issues and said this is not going to be covered by warranty, and started listing the new things they would want to do and charge me for. When I have reached out with my concerns, they have been slow to respond and unwilling to honor their warranty. I will not be using Pier King ever again and would not recommend this company to anybody. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!! read more

I arranged to be home for someone from Pier King to come to my home. Twenty-eight minutes past the time appointment time I received a call from the person who was to come out, Ryan M. I was told there was a software update that overnight that had messed up their scheduling. However, earlier in the day at 11:52 AM, I received a text from this same person confirming the appointment. And that's a wrap on round 2 with Pier King Tulsa! Can't say enough good things about this company. This go around it was started off with the amazing Cindy at the front desk. She gave me every answer I needed and promptly got back with me on ones she was not sure of. Next was Robert. Project manager with the pier insertion team. This guy was fantastic to work with... He met with my Mother first, so I could go to work, and explained to her in simple terms everything that needed to be done. Then was there each step of the way when his team was working. Awesome guy... very knowledgeable in his field. The workers... Holy cow... I work construction and these guys make my crew look like nothing! They hand dug every hole and busted butt the entire day... then still left my home SPOTLESS when they ended that evening... they deserve every bit of every raise they ever get. They are welcome on my crew any day HA Lastly was the crawlspace crew. Their lead, Preston was prompt to update me on a couple small miscommunications. Did not spend much time with him as his crew was in and out in no time. However, the small amount of time he was there, it was very apparent that both him and his crew are connected in a great way. Pier King came out today and repaired our pier and beam (1945) foundation that really needed some expert help. Mike and his team were able to lift up and replace some piers to even out the floor. They worked tirelessly all day in 100+ degree heat. We are so appreciative for their help. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing pier and beam work at a very fair price. Pier King sent out a guy today to look at our home and (!!!) he actually told us that we need not spend money to fix our (very minor) issue. Yup -- a free consultation that didn't end with expensive, bad news. The Pier King rep who came out to see us was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in his assessment of what we had assumed to be a significant foundation crack. We can't begin to express how much we appreciate this kind of candor and good, old fashioned honesty. Larry at Pier King is top notch. I had a minor foundation emergency on a Friday at 5pm and needed someone to come to the house asap. Larry not only answered his phone after hours on a Friday afternoon, but he scheduled an appointment with me to meet on a SUNDAY. He was out of town and left at 6am from a trip he had taken to Dallas to meet me at 10:30am that following Sunday. He didn't hard sell me on anything and actually told me the minor emergency I thought I had was actually a non-issue. He actually said, "There's no way I can make a dime on you." Talk about honest. It's rare that you find a contractor who will answer their phone, schedule an appointment with you, be on time, and give good service, let alone over the weekend. Good luck getting a hold of the other guys when it's not convenient for them. If you're looking for that guy and need structural repair, I wouldn't hesitate to call Pier King. read more
