Groundworks did a great job with getting my porch and sidewalk stable and lifted up to almost exactly where it was to begin with!! I am extremely happy with the job that was done! Jose Viddaurri was the foreman for the job done at my house. I cannot say enough good things about him! He went above and beyond to make sure he did the job correctly! He was extremely patient and answered all of the questions that I had as he went along! From explaining what he was doing as he drilled the holes in the concrete to finishing picking up the foam that was blown around, he did an exceptional job! Give this guy a raise!!!!! I can't say much about the co-foreman (Tony) who spent more time on his phone than he did working. I think I picked up more scattered foam than he did. We were extremely impressed with the quality of service and the easy to follow explanations we received for our encapsulation estimate. We were also impressed by the quality of the systems that would be used for our older home to eliminate mold and moisture in our crawlspace and were impressed by the amount of work being offered for the price. We haven't "pull the trigger" yet, but from the initial call I made to Scott driving off, every part of the appointment was awesome. They have tools in their arsenal to make anyone jealous. After examining our "situation" carefully, Scott went to his truck for about 15-20 minutes and came back with a presentation that wowed my wife and I. He explained everything and tried to taylor the estimate to our budget. He absolutely WAS NOT pushy or overbearing with the bid packet. I was noticing deeper cracks on the interior spaces of my home, mainly around doors. I had seen Groundworks advertised on TV and gave went online and requested an inspection. I was quickly contacted and my inspection was scheduled within about 2 weeks from requesting. My Inspector was very thorough and went over what he recommended for my home. Groundworks came out and inspected the areas we were concerned about due to cracks in a wall and the garage floor. Measurements were taken from level to floor and to ceiling in the rooms of concern. We received excellent explanations of what was being measured and why. Then, the reason for the cracks was explained.
