Good food, a bit expensive for what you get. Still best on the Point, the service is always a challenge.

Great setting, waiters were very attentive and even let us tie the dog to the outside rail. Food was very good, very imaginative menu.

The food at Browns is still pretty darn tasty. The noise level (restaurant area) was unusually loud. Our server had difficulty hearing our order, and we could not hear him. (This was early evening on a Thursday. I might expect a harsh cacophony on a Saturday night when a game was on TV, but a Thursday?) We moved into the bar area, where the noise was a bit below airport-runway levels. I'd also recommend bringing along a flashlight (or flashlight app) to read the menu. I've got 20-20 vision, and had quite a bit of trouble reading in the darkly lit dining room. The food, of course, was outstanding.

We came early when it wasn't too busy to hit up their happy hour! The place is super cute and…read moretrendy with outside seating and a huge bar. I ordered Fiesta Fries, Crispy Yam and Avocado roll, and cauliflower bites and was really disappointed with the quality of food. The fiesta fries were not fresh or warm, the toppings were lackluster, and the sprinkle of feta was disappointing (see photo). The roll was better but the rice was over cooked and soggy. The cauliflower was fresh but lacked any flavor (unless you drenched it with the sauce) My sister ordered the steak and pasta and she really liked it and the portion/price was great. I should have stuck with my usual tofu bowl which is always a hit!

This restaurant has very mediocre Greek food. The cuisine is subpar, mediocre and bland. They…read morecharge extra for a singular pita bread. That seemed very concerning and insincere. I would Not recommend Alfa Greco to any of my friends or family. The service was subpar and did not seem like the servers cared about the customers. The lighting is dark and when it is bright, it seems very mediocre. Stay away from this place. Charging customers extra when they do not let us know that an item is extra seems deceiving. Try to avoid this restaurant!

I only went there because of it. We sat down and given menus and water. For the next 10 minutes the waiter cleared tables and seated other people. There were only two servers. Finally the waiter came over and took our drink order. Another wait and the beer I ordered was to come in a bottle. It was poured into a glass so I could only assume it was what I ordered. When he dropped our drinks off we ordered. 2 of us had the roast lamb. It was the shoulder part and it was very good, not stringy or tough. One of the better places that I have had lamb. Tortellini was ordered and an ample amount came. They ate about half. The 4th order was the Garithes Uvetsi. It looked great and it was fine, not spectacular. The bread was not that great. There was no pita or any kind of bread as an appie. The waiter was not very friendly. No coming back to the table to see how everything was. We were just left on our own. There were numerous times we tried to get the waiters attention and we failed miserably. Another long wait for our bill. Over all the food was good but service left a lot to be desired.

Compared to what you get in vancouver or the tricities we find the pricing to be very fair. Ontop of that the portions are good. Being a golf course in a beautiful setting that pasta plate could've easily been $40+ in vancouver. With how nicely landscape is the service is good and friendly. Although we sat in the dining side, we were able to hear the live music playing in the lounge which was amazing. I loved the Brussels sprouts and potato skins. We also ordered the bolognese which was nothing out of the ordinary. One downfall was our service. It took over ten minutes before we had our drink order taken. When our entrees arrived, three out of the six meals were brought to the table over 5 minutes after the initial three dishes were served. A male who we assumed was the manager approached our table, asked us how our evening was, said "great okay thank you" and walked away. It was a nice gesture, however the interaction was not very professional. I would come back for happy hour !
