Caleb was friendly over the phone, met me out front, let me watch him service my vehicle and talked to me through the whole procedure. He explained about my brakes and gave me a percentage of wear they had left, and he also told me a mileage at which I could anticipate needing new brakes. He checked under my vehicle before he started working and after he'd finished, and he checked everything under the hood twice to make sure nothing was amiss. While we were conversing, Caleb spoke to me about his educational background in his profession as well as the various automotive corporations for whom he'd worked previously. I told him of my plan to drive my 2006 Chevy Equinox all the way to California in a week and he assured me he was confident in her ability to not only make the long journey, but to continue to be safe and work well for long after. Before going to see Caleb I was nervous about my upcoming trip across the American deserts, but now I feel confident again and am once more excited for my upcoming trip. When I left I had not only been given excellent service, but also piece of mind.

He said the resin would take a couple days to fully cure and that the remaining lines would continue to improve over that time. He also guaranteed his work for 3 months and I hope that isn't needed and that the fix does the job. He was friendly and quick.

The first time was a side window that was totally busted in. He was able to replace the glass the same day, but when I received the car back the automatic window toggle button did not work. To his credit, he admitted that he broke it and wouldn't charge me for the glass job until everything was repaired and I was happy. The next day I brought the car to him to fix the toggle and he broke another piece. Again, I did not get charged until he was able to fix the window toggle. Fast forward 2 weeks later and my back window was busted from another break-in. I brought the car back to him to fix the glass since he had been so honest about breaking the window toggle the first time (big mistake.) I got the car back a couple of days after I dropped it off and it was riddled with scratches all along the window pane on the vehicle itself. Some of the scratches were so deep that you could see metal. He said he ordered some touch-up paint that wouldn't be in for 2 weeks. This time he he had already charged me for the job even though it was not complete. Less than a week after recieving the car, my husband took it through the car wash only to find out that the glass wasn't properly sealed and leaked into the back of the car. When my husband expressed his concerns for the quality of the job that was done, Eric seemed shocked. He resorted to blaming us for the leaks and not taking responsibility for the scratches. He refused to refund our money for the job that he clearly did not do. After bringing it to a reputable body shop, we were told that it will take $1500 to get our car back to what it should be. The body shop also told us that the glass Eric assured us was from the car dealership was not even OEM factory glass and would need to be replaced entirely. I'm begging you to not bring your car here. He may come across as nice and helpful, but his work is shotty and haphazard.
