Once you sign, you can kiss your money goodbye and his charming/helpful side. He is extremely slow in getting anything accomplished and it is very clear this is his method to bill you for more hours. He was very aware of my financial situation as single Mother and pretended to be sympathetic. Because of financial constraints and also the feeling that nothing was being accomplished I requested his withdrawal and the return of my remaining retainer. From this point on, he ignored multiple emails and text messages and refused to return my remaining monies. In an effort to simplify the process and save everyone time and money the Defendants Attorney (I am the Plantiff) suggested all parties sign an Assented Motion for Withdrawal and we could all proceed without wasting money and time in court. Peter continued to ignore emails from me and the Defendants Attorney requesting his signature on said documents. Instead, in his very calculated and greedy mode of operation, he chose to attend court so that he could continue using my remaining retainer while knowing full well the dire financial situation I was in. Please please do not hire this Attorney. You will regret your decision. I am so upset with myself that I didn't take the negative reviews written more seriously. As a single Mother working full time, I am already dealing with a lot of stress so to have the stress of this and feeling completely betrayed and taken advantage of is heartbreaking.
