She didn't know where anything was, didn't know prices, kept going to the front to ask for more help and was super short with me. When I said I was looking for clip in extensions she pointed me in the area and walked away and when I asked for help with colour match she gave me hair a weird look and was like "um it's a bunch of different colours" .. she didn't make me feel very comfortable. I ended up buying extension because I need them, as I had a hair accident but after purchasing them I felt defeated giving them my money. I will not be going back there again.
