From the moment I walked in the door everyone was extremely welcoming. My initial visit was just to see if Dr Cregar could extract the tooth given its location & complexity. He is a personable guy that you can easily relate to. After the exam, he made some adjustments on the tooth to make it more comfortable until extraction. They were able to get me in quickly and of course I was a bit uneasy. Dr Cregars assistant was very calming and struck up a pleasant conversation. Attitude and customer service aside (not top notch); my biggest issue is that if we are late or miss a meeting and are totally onboard with paying the $50 fee for missing the appt - they ALWAYS suddenly develop availability issues for future appointments and are booking 2-3 months out. Paying a "late" fee is one thing, but delaying treatment for anything health related is not the kind of punishment I expect from my healthcare provider. This is not a one time thing. This happens EVERY time you are late for or miss an appointment. Every medical office's customer service has suffered from the retraining they've gotten over the past few years, but this is a different level.
