This happened two times, despite being assured after a prior visit that it would not happen again. This level of disorganization shows a clear lack of respect for patients' time. If appointments are being confirmed, insurance verification should already be completed not handled after patients arrive and wait. I will say the dental hygienist Lexi was great professional and kind, and the girls behind the counter which I appreciated. However, Dr. Cohen's demeanor and mannerisms came across as rude and dismissive, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. Based on repeated issues with scheduling, confirmation, and poor professionalism, I would not recommend this office. Lexi and the girls behind the counter were kind and professional.
