The clerks here are pretty good about this. It's not that humongous of a store, and no seating is provided inside, but they do offer a sandwich bar, where you can order specialties to go. You're not required to pick a number to get service, but it does get busy in here. The shop has a cement floor, with display cases laid out in front of you as you walk in. All the meat is displayed on clean displays. I will definitely go back.

They either ignored my cut list instructions or are totally incompetent as I asked for shaved steak, cube steak and hamburger patties. Guess what ?? they didn't follow my instructions/request and we now have over 150 lbs of bulk hamburger packs.... We did receive our other cuts of steak, roasts, etc.. but they must have not felt like doing the work to process the shaved steaks, hamburger patties and cube steaks, or the person that took my order just screwed up !! This is not the way to run a business. I will never use this processor again and if you have a beef supplier/farmer that you buy beef from, insist on using a different processor.
