The customer service is top notch and the ladies working in the bakery are so kind! The store is always so clean and beautifully laid out. The only drawbacks I would say is that there seems to be lots of downtime with some of the refrigerated and frozen sections (frozen food doors don't always get closed all the way), and that the merchandise in the middle sections can sometimes get very well mixed up (especially any clothing).

Spoke to the department manager and the technician before bring the car in. Both went out of their way to take care of the car and checked with me throughout the entire process. I did not look much down other aisles otger than for a quick curiosity peek, revealing plates, religious candles, seasoning and spices. Many of the dry goods one would find in a full service grocery store. Two pounds of carne asada meat, one pound each of beef and pork sausage links, eggs, milk and off I shuffled to the counter. Although my Spanish is no bueno, the workers were so helpful and they did speak English, they made me feel welcome and appreciative of my business.

Parking is shared with other businesses in the area. The store parking lot and inside were extremely clean and well laid out. Granted, this is a new location, but you can see the hard work that the team put in to keep the store looking fantastic. Don't you love it when a business team member goes out of their way to make things right? That's exactly what the very nice lady at the bakery did this morning (I did not catch her name). She went out of her way to find me some bran muffins, and cracked open a package that had already been sealed from their bakery, Just so that I could have that Muffin! How cool is that?! Walking around at the store, I was asked by three different team members if I needed help. Awesome and appreciated! The deli and hot food service is the bomb! Fresh and hot and great selection. The fresh produce department was beautiful as always, seems to be the case with Harris Teeter. We will be coming back to this store specifically because of this interaction and experience.

The parking lot is dirt/gravel and there are not really any designated parking spaces. It's really small & definitely needs to be updated and remodeled, but the majority of people that were there were buying lottery tickets, so I guess they didn't really care about the condition of the store. We stopped in on our way through to grab a drink. The staff was pretty friendly and they had deals on drinks, so I didn't have any complaints there. As previously stated, it's definitely not pretty or updated, but it gets the job done in a pinch.
