The lack of professionalism in this office is appalling. I'm not certain that those who work here understand that they are employees hired to perform a job. Instead, they behave like you are inconveniencing them by asking simple questions or asking them to whom you should address your questions if they are not the correct individual. Someone needs to relate the fact that they are not doing anyone a favor. Rather they perform work in exchange for compensation as employees. This is a clear failure of leadership to hold individuals accountable for their lack of professional etiquette and decorum in the workplace. From the receptionist Tanya to their nurses Albert and Paul, I suggest you avoid this office because they cannot seem to bother to execute simple follow-ups and tasks. I hope the latter two are much better nurses than their interpersonal skills indicate may be the case. You do not have to settle for such poor care. This office needs to do better. My anxiety slightly fades as we go through our appointment. I really like my daughter's Dr. She's very sweet and attentive. I see everyone working quickly to move guest along.

After a few days when I changed the bandages, I noticed his leg didn't look right. I looked up urgent care and found this clinic. Boy I am so I glad I did. His leg had gotten infected and they knew exactly what to do. The staff has taken excellent care of his wounds, cleaning and disinfecting daily and I am happy to say that after their exceptional wound care, he is now infection free and his wounds are healing nicely. And a big plus is the staff is so caring! They put my son at ease when he was worried and scared of what might happen. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has a need!

Nurses that were there 4/26/26 leading into 4/27/26 I was happy I got such happy , confident nurses. Also one of the nurses who took over while the other nurse was on her break ADVOCATED for me with the doctor. Doctor was late and those nurses were just ready to deliver if they needed too. ( I was already pushing cause I couldn't wait ) The nurse who was doing my post care , was SUPER AMAZING. Took care of my baby , made me feel and get comfortable. I couldn't sleep at night so she was talking to me on her free time . Made sure I was okay ! As for the birth certificate clerk lady , her attitude sucks. Really, really bad. Super rude over the phone and in person. I cried walking out of the hospital picking up the birth certificate cause how rude she was towards me.

I had no idea that the trip took so long and that I would be admitted for a couple of days. I was quite nervous as I've never had any type of stay in hospital. The emergency room experience while I didn't sleep all night. The time went by and the nurses were great. They transferred me to ICU which I was a little bit scared and confused. The term ICU to main terminal, boy was I wrong? I arrived in ICU and was met with the most lovely nurse Jessica. She was warm, friendly and fun. In the morning I woke up to another wonderful nurse Martha. She was equally as lovely both those girls really made like two nights there a fantastic experience. I got moved to floor two and that's where nurse broke and her team took over and again so fantastically, nice helpful and great. She even let me go downstairs and visit with my cat Charlotte for about five minutes. It's all I needed and my blood pressure went down. Thank you again for that! If you can believe it that Hospital food can be good. This food was really really good. I was so surprised. I actually looked forward to my meals. Not to mention those that took my blood several times throughout the day were equally equally is awesome. None of the pricks hurt, even though I felt like pincushion. I actually looked forward to them coming because then I was to be able to see if my numbers were going up. I think I'm the only one in the hospital that couldn't wait to get my blood drawn. All in all my experience at your hospital was phenomenal and I would highly highly recommend it. I know it's a little Hospital, but they really love their work.
