After several phone calls resulting in reaching an answering machine, on Sept 11, 2019 we were finally able to speak with a live person, who explained the office had been closed for 5 days for a training seminar. The young lady advised they would look at our policy and get back to us.... it's October 9th and still no word. Our review is thumbs down for Pike Creek Financial Group, Frank Tomazine and National Life Group. As for recommendations... find another company. read more
