I booked a reservation on their site, got a confirmation email, and when I got to the class the instructor said I wasn't on the list. I didn't get to take the class. No alternative was offered. I guess their "free" class for first time Nevada Residents isn't a class you can actually take. Waste of time, I don't recommend coming here.

I first started going to see Troy for pilates years ago at his original location. Now he has expanded to a storefront location across from the hospital on Rainbow. He and his wife Sandy are top-level instructors and it is always a pleasure learning more from them. I love the studio atmosphere and Troy added a hair salon for the hair clients he use to serve at another location. This is the only pilates instructor I have ever had. I can't imagine it being better anywhere else.

Gotta keep moving! Pilates with Troy and Sandy is an awesome way to do that! Tremendous benefits for your body and soul!

Amazing beginner class with Heather! It's a small but welcoming class that gives me a real workout. So happy I found this place!

I really like this place. They're easy to schedule online, it's super clean, ample parking, and good classes. I'll definitely be back.

Coming here has helped me rediscover my passion for yoga, find my groove again, and reconnect with a part of myself I had missed. My practice has grown so much from learning from all of the amazing instructors. They've helped me improve my flexibility, strength, and form, and I always leave class feeling better both mentally and physically. Somewhere along the way, I also discovered how much I love the reformer and hot bootcamp classes lol. I never expected to enjoy them as much as I do, and having so much variety definitely keeps me excited and motivated to come back. One of my favorite things about the studio is how personal it feels. Everyone knows you by name, the instructors are so encouraging, and you always feel comfortable and welcomed. I also love seeing how much it continues to evolve while still keeping that cozy feel. Between hot yoga, pilates, hot bootcamp, and now the new cadillacs, it's become my go-to place for pretty much everything I enjoy. You can tell how much love the owners put into what they've created, and it shows in the instructors, the staff, the atmosphere, and the community. I genuinely look forward to coming in and I'm so happy I found this little gem.

And despite having a spot in the class, they turned me away for being late as the class was full. As they allowed the wait list to take my spot. Which, ok I should have left earlier, so I let slide. This next time, I was first on the waiting list, and I got in the class. But someone who had scheduled to be in the class, but hadn't shown up on time, arrived 7 minutes late! The class had begun, I had already set up my reformer and started working out, but was told to leave, so this woman who was late could have my spot! This is inconsistent and stupid! Im annoyed! Will never come here again! No idea of the instructors and if the class is actually good, as I wasn't able to get to try a class! UPDATE-REPLY : This was the location in Summerlin Las Vegas, Nevada in village square that has Kinderland a couple doors down and La La photography above it. I was 1 minute late for my workout that I had pre-scheduled and turned away - fair enough. For this next class, I was first on the waitlist and was let in after 5 mins as someone did not show up and started my workout and it got to 7 mins after the class started and someone who had scheduled showed up late and I was kicked out and had to go home, so that they could workout. I just felt like this was a double standard, since I was turned away for being 1 min later after I had scheduled. But this woman was 7 mins late and I got kicked out so that she could workout. You did not find my name in your data base cause Kay is my nickname (short for Kendra) and I have been since married and my last name no longer begins with G! I'm pretty sure this is the location where this took place

The studio is small and clean (only 4 students per class). I was the only dude in all the sessions. I worked with 3 different instructors (Maria,Monica, and Jen). All very knowledgeable and professional. They focus a lot on toning legs and butts. Its definitely a lot harder than it looks. Overall, the classes helped me increase my flexibility, strengthen my inner thighs, and tighten my butt. Keep up the good work, Body in Mind!

I initially thought we would be using the reformers but it turned out to be an intimate mat style Pilates class given my Nina. She started off telling us about the benefits of Pilates and how she got involved in it. She refers to her class as Bootylates and she is a walking advertisement that it works! I currently take Hot Pilates at another studio so I was familiar with most of the exercises we performed. What differed about this class is being that it is not in a hot room I really felt I could concentrate more on the actual exercise, my form and my breathing more so then I do in a Hot room where I know those things get compromised as fatigue from the heat sets in. This studio is on the smaller side, Nina had 12 mats set up for us and there were about nine of us in class. The class size max is also a bonus as Nina can check form and correct if needed. Although she didn't use the reformers they are in the studio along with some . And just this week I saw a Groupon for a one on one session for $50 which is quite the deal for this type of instruction. Drop in class rate is $20.

After noticing that a few instructors from Core Pilates/Sunday Pilates also teach at The Good Place, I decided to give it a try--and I'm glad I did. The Good Place may be a compact studio, but the layout is impressively well thought out. With 8-9 reformer machines per session, there's enough spacing between each station to move freely without feeling cramped. The aesthetic choices here are particularly striking--neon backlighting in hues of purple and blue softly illuminates the studio, giving it an elevated yet relaxing ambiance. A neon sign glows in the back, and a rainbow-branded wallpaper accents the left wall, adding personality without overwhelming the space. Booking online is straightforward and hassle-free. A major plus is how quickly they accommodate waitlisters--life happens, people cancel, and if you're local, this can be a great last-minute opportunity to jump into a session. When I brought a guest, the front desk (which sometimes doubles as an instructor role) was warm, professional, and welcoming. They made the check-in process effortless, offering a quick rundown for first-timers and guiding us to our reformers. The Tower Reformers here are slightly different from the Cadillac reformers found at other studios like Sunday Pilates, but the instructors are well-versed in guiding both newcomers and experienced practitioners. It's refreshing to see a studio that fosters familiarity between instructors from different Pilates spaces. The Tower side of the reformer looks intriguing, and I'd love to explore that aspect in future sessions. So far, I've attended two sessions in the early afternoon--one fully booked and another with a smaller, more intimate class of six or fewer. Regardless of class size, the instructors deliver clear, concise cues, ensuring that no movement gets lost in translation. The music selection is thoughtfully curated--high-energy beats to keep you engaged during the session, transitioning into calming tones for relaxation at the end (a great touch during leg circles). A Few Notes for Future Visitors * The studio can get a bit warm during sessions, so I recommend bringing grippy gloves for better control on the machine and boxes. * Non-slip grip socks are essential, but that's standard for any reformer Pilates class. * If you're looking for a studio that welcomes guests from other Pilates spaces and values attentive instruction in a visually appealing environment, this is a solid choice. I'm looking forward to exploring their Uncommons location next--it's always exciting to see how a brand adapts its signature experience across different spaces. The Good Place in Henderson already sets a high standard, and I'm curious to see how it translates elsewhere.

It would soon be known to me that amongst that group included the instructor herself, Ilsa. It wasn't until 0605 that the doors opened, to which we were not checked in formally, not greeted, and watched as the group recalled stories such as kid's birthday parties or true crime stories (as per the instructor, she had personally shared an anecdote of a baby being killed or cut out of a mother). I am so disappointed in this studio. We had to leave around 15 minutes in due to everyone just talking and not receiving clear instructions. The instructor herself was yawning, sitting down, and not really teaching. I felt as if we weren't even meant to be there. Not to mention, the reformers were extremely old and lowkey disgusting. They were ripped up, like old leather furniture. Honestly you guys have a huge audacity lmao
