Even the bathrooms were gorgeous

What an incredible experience! When I walked in, I felt like I was at a high-end spa. The decor and atmosphere were absolutely beautiful. I was warmly greeted by the receptionist who got me checked in for my class. When I entered the room where the class was I still felt like I was in a spa. Everything was beautiful. The instructor greeted me and introduced me. I forgot her name,, but she was absolutely lovely. She taught the Cadillac 101 class. It was challenging since it was my first time, but I absolutely loved it. She explained everything with detail regarding how to perform each movement and make adjustments to make it progressively harder or easier based on your activity and fitness level. I will definitely be back hands-down top 10 group fitness class experiences!

The aesthetics here are on point and they have everything from Cadillac Pilates, reformer Pilates, regular floor, Pilates, and a weight training section. The atmosphere is very modern and bright inside. I've noticed after acouple times here that it attracts the younger crowd. Classes do book up pretty quick but there's always last-minute cancellations. I first did the Cadillac 101 and then I took a regular athletic Cadillac class. First of all, the class didn't start on time and instructor wasn't present as you were entering. Next, you spend about five or so minutes setting up your whole machine and re-organizing everything to where it needs to be. I feel like to be more proactive and get the most time out of the class and using the actual machine, they should all be set up for success for us before we come in. Every class is different, but I felt like the class should've been more geared towards using the actual machine. I did my classes through ClassPass, but if you buy it through them I believe you can get a bundle.

This is more of a 3.5 star rating but the vibe & aesthetics of this studio is enough to make you wanna come back. It's calming and spacious. Decided to bump it up half a star. There are three rooms (reformers, Cadillac reformers and a HIIT room)....open seven days a week with classes throughout the day, more on the weekdays. So far, I've attended two classes: Cadillac 101 and Sunday Sweat. I am very familiar with reformers but never tried Cadillac. I ended up loving it! It's different and challenging...can't wait to get my arms stronger so I can do aerial tricks and flow. Sunday Sweat is more weights incorporated. Each station is timed and will have different drills for you to get as many reps in as you can before moving on to the next. You work out your arms, legs, abs and a bit of cardio on the treadmill. Personally, this is a great class for me because I enjoy group class settings. It gives me the motivation to complete my sets/reps since you don't want to look like the weakest link. I have a yearly membership at another fitness studio so that's my 'home' but I bought a 10 class pack here and I get so happy knowing I have an upcoming class scheduled. So why not a perfect rating? Well....classes are impossible to get into and are usually booked up a month or two out. Personally, I think that's too far in advance for members to be booking classes they may/may not be able to attend after all. They're just reserving just to reserve a spot and it causes someone else who's actually able to attend the class miss out. Why not open the schedule up a week or two in advance instead?

The cutest Pilates studio I ever did see! I was visiting family in Vegas for the week and decided to try a class here via classpass and I'm so glad I did! I'm accustomed to reformer classes, so imagine my surprise when I saw that this studio offered Cadillac classes!! We don't have those back home unless it's a private class, so I knew I had to try it for myself. The studio is bright and clean. As soon as I walked in, I checked in using their iPads and hung around before classes started. It's super spacious and they also have lots of cute clothes hanging on racks for you to browse through too. From what I saw, they have a separate room for reformer classes, one for the Cadillacs, and a weight room(?) Phillip was my instructor and he was super helpful walking us through each of the sets and exercises, going around to check and make sure our form was correct before moving on. I walked out sweating a lot more than I thought I would and my muscles felt very worked out. I'm writing this the day after and my arms are definitely feeling it the most. I'll definitely come back and encourage anyone who wants to try this out to just go for it!

Just finished up my 26th class --and I'm ready to spill about my experience thus far. What originally attracted me to pilates? Well, I had a baby 7 months ago and I was searching for a way to start up physical activity again. A friend of mine from CA highly recommended pilates, stating how it changed her entire physique. This started me on my search to find a local studio. There is no shortage of them in Vegas! I quickly learned that a popular national franchise was basically the exact same price as trying a fancy private studio --and when I saw the beautiful pictures of Sunday Pilates (aka Core Pilates)-- it was the studio of my fitness dreams -- So, I mustered up all my courage and signed up for a first class. The 1st Class -- I arrived 15 min early, which was ample time to check in and purchase grip socks from the receptionist (they are required for class). I signed up for Beginners 101 Reformer via their website. I had no clue how to use the equipment and truthfully -- it felt very sink or swim...I basically had to watch and try to imitate all the girls around me and worked very hard to try and keep up with the instructor. I received no education on using the reformer, nor did the instructor walk around to check on us or help us adjust our form. I left feeling very discouraged. But, I decided to not give up. I went home and watched some youtube videos on how to use the reformer and then purchased an 8-class per month membership ($165 per month with 3 month commitment). 26 classes later -- I have been going to pilates steadily for 4 months now and I am totally addicted. I feel so amazing after class. Not just for my body but my soul. Clears my head of all life stressors and I feel much stronger and more flexible compared to when I started. I have tried all 3 of their locations and several instructors. And you know what, if you don't like the first instructor, just know, there are instructors who really do care! I have seen many who do walk around, correct positions, teach about the reformer...my first experience wasn't great but I am so glad I stuck with it! Be aware -- When you first sign up, you will most likely be waitlisted. I was disheartened when I saw no open availability on anything after having signed up... But I jumped on waiting lists and I will say they move very quickly and I am usually able to get the classes/times I need, although I did find it helps if you're flexible about visiting their other locations when a class has no openings at your studio close to home. This location is my closest, but I often drive to centennial or henderson in order to fufill my two classes a week. Hopefully this will improve over time as they expand; I would personally love to see more early am and late evening beginners classes! wink-wink Hope this was informational to anyone thinking of starting up!

This studio has a Pinterest aesthetic! Walking in makes you feel at peace. So many beautiful places to take pictures. The studio has a number of big rooms for different classes. I tried my first ever Cadillac Pilates classes. I recommend arriving to the class a little before the start time and introduce yourself so the instructor can help you with correctly placing your equipment and checking for your form. I would love to eventually take private 1-1 classes due to the intricacy of this type of exercise. It can def feel scary holding your body by the straps but it does work your body! I am excited to take more classes in the future. There is also cute attire you can purchase.

SCAM WARNING!!!! My wife was a member of this Pilates studio and canceled her membership in December 2024. After reviewing our bank statements, I discovered that they had been charging us for two separate memberships--something she never signed up for and was completely unaware of. When she reached out to the studio for an explanation and a refund, they refused to return the money. Instead, they told her, she could only use it as a "credit" for future classes--despite the fact that I had already canceled the membership! Even worse, they tried to blame her for having two accounts, which makes absolutely no sense. Why would anyone sign up for and pay for two memberships at the same studio? I provided bank statements proving the duplicate charges, but they still refused to take responsibility. Their lack of ethics and accountability is shocking. Instead of simply refunding the charges for an obvious mistake, they're keeping the money and making excuses. If you're considering signing up here, CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS CAREFULLY. Their billing practices are shady, and their customer service is nonexistent when it comes to fixing their own mistakes. A reputable business would have handled this situation with integrity, but instead, they've shown exactly how little they value their customers. Screenshots of their response and bank statements attached for just 2 of the months of them double charging me. How is it possible that 1 person is charged for 2 accounts, and no one will fix this?

Loved this pilates studio!! It is super spacious and has a lot of natural lighting. This studio has 2 rooms, one is a reformer studio and the other is a cadillac studio (each has different equipment). I've tried one class in each room and both were awesome with very kind instructors. Lisa was the instructor for the Cadillac class and she was very informative and friendly! Each class is only 50 minutes but they give you a great workout and stretch! The reformer classes are better to start off with before moving onto the cadillac in my opinion, as the cadillac equipment can be confusing. They offer "101" classes which are good for beginners and the advanced classes have other names.

I was a bit apprehensive to sign up for a class since it seems like the stereotype of people who do reformer pilates are that they are fit and wear cute matching workout outfits. And I definitely do not fit that. But I was pleasantly surprised with Sunday Pilates! Everyone was so sweet from the moment I stepped in. I joined the Reformer 101 class with Alyce and she was so sweet! She was constantly checking in with everyone in the class and encouraging us through our exercises. Our class was filled with people of all ages and sizes so if you feel like how I did, don't be nervous! The whole studio is so cute and aesthetically pleasing from the front, to the studio even the bathroom! I definitely would take another class.

Weigh training

This studio is beautiful. Stunning yet relaxing aesthetic and very clean. My instructor Victoria was very patient w/me and provided guidance and modifications as needed. I would definitely recommend.

Common/ waiting area. Can you believe this is a fitness studio?! I would live here!

Mind you, there were a few of her clients/members that were out in the waiting area. How unprofessional can you be?! She couldn't keep that conversation behind closed doors?! Oh and that wasn't the end of it. She continued her tantrum when one of the member asked if she was Cindy (the owner) and she answers stating, "just email me." Did not even asked who is speaking to her and did not even bother looking at the person talking to her?! I was horrified just sitting there watching all this unfold. The audacity and rudeness she presented as the owner of the place?! It gave me such a bad taste of place!!! I have been in the Vegas fitness community for a while and never have I seen such disrespect and lack of professionalism especially from the owner! There are a lot of other places and competition in Vegas and for her to display such attitude, I will not be giving her my business again! I come to these studios to destress and not be part of such toxic environment.

All very knowledgeable and professional. They focus a lot on toning legs and butts. Its definitely a lot harder than it looks. I initially thought we would be using the reformers but it turned out to be an intimate mat style Pilates class given my Nina. She started off telling us about the benefits of Pilates and how she got involved in it. She refers to her class as Bootylates and she is a walking advertisement that it works! I currently take Hot Pilates at another studio so I was familiar with most of the exercises we performed. What differed about this class is being that it is not in a hot room I really felt I could concentrate more on the actual exercise, my form and my breathing more so then I do in a Hot room where I know those things get compromised as fatigue from the heat sets in. This studio is on the smaller side, Nina had 12 mats set up for us and there were about nine of us in class. The class size max is also a bonus as Nina can check form and correct if needed. Although she didn't use the reformers they are in the studio along with some . And just this week I saw a Groupon for a one on one session for $50 which is quite the deal for this type of instruction. Drop in class rate is $20.

After noticing that a few instructors from Core Pilates/Sunday Pilates also teach at The Good Place, I decided to give it a try--and I'm glad I did. The Good Place may be a compact studio, but the layout is impressively well thought out. With 8-9 reformer machines per session, there's enough spacing between each station to move freely without feeling cramped. The aesthetic choices here are particularly striking--neon backlighting in hues of purple and blue softly illuminates the studio, giving it an elevated yet relaxing ambiance. A neon sign glows in the back, and a rainbow-branded wallpaper accents the left wall, adding personality without overwhelming the space. Booking online is straightforward and hassle-free. A major plus is how quickly they accommodate waitlisters--life happens, people cancel, and if you're local, this can be a great last-minute opportunity to jump into a session. When I brought a guest, the front desk (which sometimes doubles as an instructor role) was warm, professional, and welcoming. They made the check-in process effortless, offering a quick rundown for first-timers and guiding us to our reformers. The Tower Reformers here are slightly different from the Cadillac reformers found at other studios like Sunday Pilates, but the instructors are well-versed in guiding both newcomers and experienced practitioners. It's refreshing to see a studio that fosters familiarity between instructors from different Pilates spaces. The Tower side of the reformer looks intriguing, and I'd love to explore that aspect in future sessions. So far, I've attended two sessions in the early afternoon--one fully booked and another with a smaller, more intimate class of six or fewer. Regardless of class size, the instructors deliver clear, concise cues, ensuring that no movement gets lost in translation. The music selection is thoughtfully curated--high-energy beats to keep you engaged during the session, transitioning into calming tones for relaxation at the end (a great touch during leg circles). A Few Notes for Future Visitors * The studio can get a bit warm during sessions, so I recommend bringing grippy gloves for better control on the machine and boxes. * Non-slip grip socks are essential, but that's standard for any reformer Pilates class. * If you're looking for a studio that welcomes guests from other Pilates spaces and values attentive instruction in a visually appealing environment, this is a solid choice. I'm looking forward to exploring their Uncommons location next--it's always exciting to see how a brand adapts its signature experience across different spaces. The Good Place in Henderson already sets a high standard, and I'm curious to see how it translates elsewhere.

It wasn't until 0605 that the doors opened, to which we were not checked in formally, not greeted, and watched as the group recalled stories such as kid's birthday parties or true crime stories (as per the instructor, she had personally shared an anecdote of a baby being killed or cut out of a mother). I am so disappointed in this studio. We had to leave around 15 minutes in due to everyone just talking and not receiving clear instructions. The instructor herself was yawning, sitting down, and not really teaching. I felt as if we weren't even meant to be there. Not to mention, the reformers were extremely old and lowkey disgusting. With ClassPass, you need to book as soon as the window opens! I love this facility! I used to shower and get ready there after class and then straight to work! They always make me feel comfortable and welcome! One of my favorite studios in town!

I won some free classes for Tru Fusion a couple months ago from an event they were doing at Area15…read more(it was puppy yoga with Service dogs & it was an absolutely magical experience!) Started going this past February/March to check it out. I absolutely loved it! The classes are definitely not easy, but I really enjoyed them & all the instructors. The staff is incredibly nice, really take the time to help you understand the classes. The manager was so nice & gave me a tour my first visit. They have four training rooms at this location, I only used two: Rock room & Soul room. Depending which room you're in, depends if it's a heated or non-heated class. I believe the rock room is the only one not heated? This location does not offer Reformer Pilates classes. From what I understand the other two locations do you offer different types of classes that might not be available at the eastern location. The instructors are so understanding & encouraging, especially if you're new to doing any of the classes. The cleanest fitness facility I've ever been to. Locker room, showers, bathrooms, training rooms, equipment, all spotless! They provide most of the equipment, (I needed to bring a mat, mat towel, sweat towel, & water, I was able to buy the hand wraps for boxing from them directly) when you're done, they have an area for used equipment so it can be cleaned. Equipment rentals are very reasonably priced. They have plenty of lockers & storage. Tons of amenities in locker room, & a water bottle filling station. Memberships are pretty pricey for me, so I will buying their class passes! I appreciate the fact that they do have options besides a membership (with contract,) you can buy class packs (but they do need to be used in a certain period of time.) They do some pretty good deals for their class packs through out the year & you can also do drop in classes. The first person I want to give a shout out to is Ashley who teaches their Tru Mat Pilates class! She was my go to person for starting at TruFusion, she had reached out to me about setting up my classes after I had registered. She helped me out so much, such a sweet person, & an incredibly kick ass instructor! My first class was so intense (since it was my first ever Pilates class, I learned a lot) she was so encouraging & really took the time to explain everything. She knew I was pretty overwhelmed & really made it a comfortable environment. She reached out to me after & sent me a really sweet email. I appreciate her so much for following up with me after & I can't wait to take her class again in the future! The next instructor that I had was Maddie she was my instructor for Tru Boxing Conditioning Express. Such a fun, but intense class! She was so nice & took the time to explain things, was very encouraging. She helped with anything I struggled with, I appreciated her help, especially in such a fast paced class! Her class is no joke & super fun!! You are getting a full on workout & also taking out all of your aggression at the same time, you're going back-&-forth between boxing & strength training, it is super quick! My next instructor was Nicole who was subbing for Ashley for Tru Mat Pilates. My trainer & I went together to her class, we both really enjoyed it. She definitely did things very different than Ashley & I really appreciated getting a different perspective on Mat Pilate workouts. They definitely teach very differently & I do love the variation! My final free class & the reason that I will be purchasing class packs in the very near future: Tru Roll & Recover with Neylan! She has such a peaceful, warm, & inviting energy. Her class was absolutely amazing!!! The people in that class were so nice & everyone was having a great time, a lot of laughing! It was so relaxing (still intense, nothing at Tru Fusion is easy lol) It's basically a slightly heated foam roller stretching class (I was definitely very bruised after from the textured foam roller) with a lot of slow movements mixed with meditation. If you need a class to help relieve stress & open up different parts of your body, this is the class to take! I cannot wait to make it a regular part of my schedule! The only downside to TruFusion was how loud the music is in most of the training rooms versus the microphones of the trainers. It can be very overstimulating, & hard to hear what the instructors are saying. What ended up helping me was using my filtered earplugs (like concert earplugs.) So that way I was able to hear the instructors over the music & the music not be overpowering, which also made a massive difference in my workout. So if you are considering taking Tru Fusion classes, & the music is too overwhelming & overstimulating, I highly suggest using filtered earplugs! TruFusion is an absolutely amazing place to take workout/fitness classes. Thank you, TruFusion for being a safe place to learn & grow on my fitness journey.
