First off, since the gym had an indoor and outdoor section, the heat was insane indoors. Being that it was over 90 degrees outside, I was dripping sweat during my workout inside. People also didn't wipe down the equipment after use so the machines were sweaty and smelled bad. The posing room straight up smelled like BO. The ground was wet for whatever reason and the lighting wasn't flattering to pose in. I did like that it had a variety of equipment but didn't like that lots of machines were outside in the heat. Overall, probably wouldn't come again. It is also $50 for a day pass.

A version of what collegiate athletes get for strength and condition. All weights. Teaching you how to go about it. It can prob be a bit intimidating to get in but if you want to get strong you'll be motivated to ask questions. The one thing here is that coaches are trained not to be afraid of questions.
