I am so glad I discovered Pilates Sante! I have been in and out of physical therapy for years due to lumbar spine issues and joint replacements. This is an absolutely wonderful place for the type of strength and training I needed. I was referred by my existing PT for continuing care of multiple issues after we discovered that I was able to make a lot of progress using the pilates reformer. I've previously done various forms of yoga and had always been a little curious about pilates. From my very first appointment it was clear this place is staffed by caring knowledgeable people who are dedicated to meeting you where you are at in order to hit your movement goals. I started here after hearing many rave reviews and struggling with ongoing running injuries. After my consultation, I did a few private classes but was suggested to switch the group class format. The PT expertise is a huge plus (I came to Pilates Sante following a pretty debilitating injury and have regained full mobility). I've gone to Pilates Santé for over 10 years. I started with PT due to back problems and moved to the Pilates group classes. I've received so much benefit from Pilates that I've convinced other family members to go as well. Pilates Sante instructors have been excellent. They add variety, are able to tell you what changes to make to have an exercise be more (or less) challenging. They watch your form to prevent injuries. Amazing! I went to Pilates Effect down the street and almost gave up on Pilates. After seeing a PT for almost a year, my back pain and numbness in my right leg (from ballroom dance injury) was still persistent. Within a month, Ariel and her team was able to improve my symptoms. I have a lot less pain, more mobility, and I was able to compete in dance floor last week for the first time without any discomfort. Ariel's insight into human body is amazing. I've been a regular client at Pilates Santé for at least four years. My chiropractor recommended Ariel because of low-grade chronic pain due to a back injury. After her evaluation, I started rehabilitative pilates with instructors and I rarely experience pain. My core is so much stronger than it's ever been - I even learned to surf a few months ago. We work on balance, strength, mobility, and more. I had an ankle injury two years ago and we not only rehabbed it, but we modified my pilates routine to be sure I didn't lose strength and mobility. Ariel and her team are AMAZING, especially for prenatal and postpartum care! They helped me bring my diastasis back together from my first two births, while being pregnant with my third. I felt like my core muscles got "iron man" training leading up to my third birth. I felt the strongest of my three pregnancies and had my easiest and smoothest delivery yet (at home)!  Now just as I've re-started my normal intensive dance classes, they have been cancelled due to the "shelter in home" mandate for COVID-19 so... I found this studio after the pandemic since I was looking for a studio that respected the COVID-19 protocols and I found this amazing place. I needed special attention after twisting both my ankles in 2020 and then twisting and breaking my right foot 6 months later. The instructors are incredible - Renata is phenomenal, Christine and Traci are amazing too. They care about form, how you breath and are so happy and love what they do. Pilates Sante is a warm and inviting place full of very friendly and highly knowledgable staff. I started with PT for a back injury and found that building strength and learning new ways to move also helped dramatically with the chronic pain and weakness I experience due to lupus. I love Pilates Sante! I have been going there since 2019 and they have been there to help me get stronger and recover from back injuries, hip injuries and shoulder injuries. Pilates Sante was recommended by my PT. 6 months ago, I crash landed on a rock while paragliding solo. I ended up with 5 fractures including my spine.
