Nina the one I talked to said " no there's is not any cancellation fees you can cancel any time" I trusted them thinking they were trustful. One time I was clear that I needed to freeze the month of June and July. 2024 and they still charged me full membership in June I don't know how many times I have to contact Summer Garcia to take care of this issue. It's was a completely mess. I'm not the only that got screwed up They were so many members going through the same situation. They just kept charging us full membership when we were clear about freezing it. I froze my membership around Christmas last year and When I went back All the instructors were all gone They quit due to the horrible management. My daughter decided to cancel and let them know a month in advance and they still charged her full membership. BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE DiSHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I can honestly say that my body has been completely transformed both physically and and cosmetically. Her highly screened trainers are so skilled when it comes to older people with past injuries, that I got a better result than from years of physical therapy. I have tried both the gyrokinesis and the pilates and found both helpful. After learning the basics from individual training, I was able to switch to classes which were more economical. But the training was a necessary start. I am stronger, more toned, almost pain free most of the time after years of chronic back and neck pain. I have learned how to move and stay conscious of my posture day to day and maybe even more importantly, how to breathe in a way that helps my posture and back as I breathe. The incredible improvement has motivated me to exercise more on my own at home, using what I have learned, and feeling confident that I am now using weights, an exercise ball, and an exercise band properly for max benefit and no injury.
