They are knowledgeable, calm, friendly, and create a warm, non-competitive environment where each person is encouraged to listen to their own body and make modifications to the activities if needed. I have been taking Agnes classes for 2 years ( took a break while pregnant ) and started back up a month post partum. In the beginner class, you can take it easy as you need if you're starting out and gradually add more to challenging yourself. She changes up her flow and class every week, so you are consistently working different areas of the body. I took yoga classes at random and used to feel it a slow boring waste of time more or less a relaxing class that does "stretching". I love to lift and do intense endurance cardio. It wasn't until going here consistently that I was blown away with the fitness aspect of yoga- the strength/flexibility/core stability/etc. involved. You will be challenged more than you possibly think and I promise the health benefits, both mentally and physically, will surprise you! I highly recommend Melt and the classes here. With classes seven days a week, offering hot yoga, hot flow, pilates, breathwork and meditation workshops, there is always an opportunity to find a little peace in our busy world. It may have been even…read moremore difficult being 8 years older, but I was so determined to master it that I bought a 10 pack. I'm nearing the end of my 10 pack and am far from mastering lagree. In fact, I would say it's not possible to master this workout, but there are plenty of women in my classes that seem to be experts. And they have perfect lagree bodies as a result! I've tried a variety of teachers and have liked them all! Each class is pretty different, but I leave feeling pretty shaky in my core, legs and arms. I swapped regular pilates for this and feel like I'm getting a much better workout! I do miss the stretch that came with regular pilates, but this really works every muscle of your body. I'm going to continue to try to master it, but it may take another few ten packs to get there!
