And I've been telling this lawyer let's go in front of a judge even before that he refused to, and now, I have to wait until March or April to get a court conference in front of a judge. Very dishonest he wasn't working for me. He was working for the other side. And then trying to grease his buddies pockets realtor trying to sell my house for nothing and not caring about where I am going to be living. And I told this lawyer from day one that I wanted to keep my home and still wanted to try to sell it with his friend as the realtor to someone else for less than what I offered. That's some backwards deal. I'll never trust this lawyer some shady stuff going on with his lawyer. I could've been done my court case in July for family court instead they want to prolong it to make more money stating that they're talking to the other side. trying to negotiate yet they keep asking every month for money for what for talking when we could've gone to court and resolve this issue in front of a judge. However, things for this individual turned ugly very quickly. He was condescending. He was unprofessional. He was combative. He even raised his voice with me. To the point where I actually was almost in tears, I couldn't believe that this person who was going to help us mediate an agreement was so rude so unprofessional, and so combative I had no idea that somebody like that would be allowed to media if you're dealing with this company and you get him all I can say is run and tell them you want somebody different right away. He was absolutely terrible. He had no empathy he had Anybody with regards to this. I get it. You be neutral, but you also have to be compassionate and are going through extremely rough time at this time in their life. I ended up firing this individual by phoning the company and telling him I would not go any further with this, eventually, they sent another mediator whom I will review again later by the name of Vanessa Tharen she was compassionate. She was understanding she was helpful and she was neutral and she was able to get a mediation deal done in two Mr. love doubt we would've ever come to an agreement.. just know if one or both parties are unhappy with your mediator. You can dismiss them and get another one and I would suggest you do it because it's very important to get the agreement amicable and that was not gonna happen with Mr. love
