I used them for approximately 6 months. They charged $365 per cleaning. Usually the person cleaning was there 3.5 hours. We gave the cleaner a cash tip of $60. On more than one cleaning I have had to go over what was cleaned i.e. bathroom vanity, sink, toilet. The last cleaning in August I took photos and sent them to the office to show how inadequate the service was. Especially for the price. No response. I then suspended the service and was told that I would have to pay any how because they needed a months notice. I then clarified that I am beginning a renovation project and therefore would not need the service until project complete. There was an offer to come back to re-clean but I don't have extra time to spend waiting on someone to spend another 3 hours or whatever to clean what should have been done the correctly at the time of service. The customer service is lacking and I do believe that two ppl should assigned to my home given its size. I could get this quality for half the price.

I am especially pleased with our most recent cleaning. Our hardwood floors were cleaned twice (upon special arrangement) because they were so dirty ... so much interior work and dogs ...
