Nizia and her team of assistants clean quickly but thoroughly, and are respectful and not obtrusive - which is important since I work from home and often must be on a phone call, etc. They are good with my dog, who generally does not like 'outsiders' in the home - but he does really well with them. I specifically requested a deep clean with attention paid to the kitchen and bathrooms. I also requested the floors to be cleaned along with the windows. Most of the floors were cleaned well but many were not. All of the windows were done well. The kitchen and bathrooms were only wiped down. Neither the refrigerators nor the oven was pulled back to clean their sides and the flooring underneath the appliances. They did offer to come back and we did our best to show them the deficiencies and they did what we pointed out but much was lacking. It was clear that they are not capable to do deep cleaning. They are fine for weekly wipe down of commercial spaces because you don't live at a work place and no one really monitors the details. As far as house cleaning they are not the company to call. I paid $1500 for a very poor job. Lesson learned. As a side note, they are very nice and friendly but that only goes so far. I should have been offered a refund or better yet they should have never accepted the job.

Diana does a great job in the office and is pleasant and efficient. Evel and his employees cleaned our basement and attic. The basement is unfinished with a concrete floor. The attic is unfinished and had a great deal of dirt and debris. They used a commercial shop vac and then washed the floor. They also cleaned off any items that had been stored for many years and removed some old, broken items. They work industriously and don't leave until you've inspected their work and are satisfied.

The owner is really attentive and professional and even comes out to do the first job personally. I requested a deep cleaning (walls, floors, fridge, stove, closets) because my apartment was previously neglected by the tenant and property manager prior to me moving in and I felt it needed to be disinfected and sanitized. I had also lived in it for 1.5 months and had 4 dogs so I needed my carpets cleaned. I believe the job took 4 hours to complete, but it was really at its worst. My normal cleanings take 2 hours without all the extras. They did an excellent job! Everything was as requested or better! The carpet smelled amazing and looked new! They're quick, pay attention to detail and very hardworking! And I'm a veteran, so I was given a military discount.
