One was a Game Party in the early afternoon, and the second was a Sneaker Soiree later that same evening. Bar none, hands down, without question it was some of the best food I have ever tasted! EVERYTHING was absolutely delicious and several days after the events, I'm still getting accolades and raves about how great everything tasted. But even more impressive than the amazing food was the exceptionally stellar service that was rendered. Calvin was the CONSUMMATE professional in every sense of the word! He was prompt and timely in responding to all requests and questions. He was also extremely patient, gracious and accommodating with all of the iterations I went through in terms of modifying the menu, headcounts, etc. He was extremely helpful in assisting me with crafting menus that worked for my events and within my budget. Everything was set up and laid out beautifully. The pride that he took was extremely evident and meant the world to me! He staffed the events himself due to my budget constraints and he was so attentive to all the details! He ensured that everything went flawlessly throughout both events. Not only was he the consummate professional, but he was so sweet, so thoughtful, so considerate and so easy to work with! This wasn't just a business transaction for him, he clearly cared about my events and understood how important they were to me! He ensured that it was a beautifully memorable experience. Stephanie did an amazing job of handling the whole thing. She did a wonder job making sure the party reflected exactly what we had in mind. Not having to worry if the decorations, cupcakes, favors, and activities were all ordered was so great. We all just got to sit back and truly enjoy celebrating our beautiful monster turning two instead of running around making sure the party was moving along. I was the Maid of Honor for my friends' Cher and Tony's wedding and I was also their unofficial wedding planner. They originally had a day of coordinator provided from another company - this coordinator dropped the ball on so many occasions that we had to fire her and look for a new one TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE WEDDING. I emailed Amanda in a panic and she replied within an hour and hopped on the phone with me to hear my concerns over what didn't work out with the previous person and also let me know that they potentially had someone available. In comes Audrey - organized, professional, and overall a gem of a human being. The difference between her and their old coordinator was night and day! She came in two weeks prior and was able to get a wrangle on all the vendors and organization details. She came to the walkthrough so prepared that even their other vendors were impressed. We were so stressed with our old coordinator but all the stress came right off after Audrey took over. On the day of the wedding, we also had Maeghan onsite (another amazing human being btw) - every last detail was PERFECT. Everything was set up the way the bride had wanted.
