I got so overwhelmed with the travel plans, the biggest celebration plans and the myriad of details that it didn't occur to me till two days before the Atlanta celebration to put her balloon order in. When I called the place I'd used many times before, I was placed on hold for 5 mins. Although I was QUITE busy, I called back three times, explaining the issue I had, only to receive the very same treatment. (I will NOT use them again.) When I tried the next closest store, the customer service was not better. So, I hung up and got on the Internet... I'M SO ECSTATIC I DID! I received courtesy, prompt attention and amaaaaazing service from A Balloon and Flower Services! They went above my every request for colors, type of balloons, design shapes, etc and TRULY DELIVERED! We had several different arch varieties, plastic balloons, mylars, numbers, letters and decorated ones with colored foil inside. When I saw them, I felt like the kid! They delivered the balloons to the park location for the party about 3hrs before the party. They customized the order to fit the larger than expected outside location, taking note of the wind, sun and placement of the chairs and tables. Then they put the balloon decorations up PERFECTLY. I couldn't be more pleased! You simply MUST use this service! My daughter, her friends, our family and many strangers came up to us to give compliments on the beautiful decorations. Although my daughter took her name & graduation year numbers home, we gave the rest of the many balloons to our guests & the neighborhood kids. The party was a true success!

May 1 came and went and I didn't hear a thank you from his Mom who is always very prompt with replies. I even told her to expect a delivery on May 1 for his birthday. I reached out to her on May 3rd and asked her if she had gotten the delivery, which she replied "No". I called Balloons over Atlanta and they couldn't understand why they weren't delivered as they saw them on May 1 ready for a delivery. Well, so my 9 year old received his balloons on May 4 and the bigger disappointment was that they misspelled his name on the balloon. Not sure what happened there . . .but I spent $138.46 on these balloons that weren't delivered on time. Asked for a discount and never heard back from them . . . . .

Well wouldn't you know, the wind whisked some off the strings, and either a door frame or a thorny bush deflated some others. Not only were most of the other party stores in the city closed, but the few that were open couldn't replace the large silver Mylar ballon letters spelling out L-O-V-E that I lost. Enter Balloons & Events Over Atlanta. Not only did the owner say she could replace the large letter I lost, but she agreed to leave her family on a Sunday afternoon, while her shop was closed, and drive through a torrential downpour (complete with flash flooding) to arrive within the hour. On top of that, she arrived with the smile and calm, pleasant attitude that I would never be able to bring under the same circumstances. She had me in and out in 5 minutes, and even affixed a sturdy weight to each letter so it wouldn't carry away in the wind. Moreover, instead of taking the time to boot up her payment system, she took down my credit card info and agreed to process my transaction an email a receipt Monday, so I could get back to my hotel and get ready in time for the wedding. Goes without saying, and it's already in their name, but I'll go ahead and say it: I highly recommend Balloons & Events Over Atlanta for any balloon and event needs all over Atlanta. With Covid restrictions and social distancing in mind we were looking for a way to jazz up a gender reveal, and decided on a balloon garland. Looked at a few companies and decided on Pop Deux because their designs were unmatched and the booking process was COMPLETELY ONLINE! I had no idea how much I needed that! I literally order everything online so naturally this was a perfect fit, and the reason that we've booked several times this year. I filled the inquiry form and received an estimate and accepted and paid immediately. My husband was a little hesitant about spending that amount without a conversation with a live person, but I assured him that the bank had our backs in the event of a scam lol. We received our confirmation and delivery form and then excitedly and anxiously waited! We received a reminder the day before and received eta updates and the delivery arrived within the delivery window. Was installed fast and lasted so long that we decided to use them again for a Christmas tree. Same process as before; we got a beautiful white and green balloon tree with all the trimmings. We later had them for the baby shower, and then a bouquet delivery for my niece! We love to celebrate but hate to plan a celebration; when they say book and relax they mean it. The booking process was laid out in plain terms. I literally never spoke to anyone on the phone until my fourth booking because I did not share a color scheme!
