My issue is the treatment and associated costs. The office sold me an an sleeve for support and boot to stretch my Achellis. The sleeve did not help and the boot only hurt me. I brought the boot in the have him examine the way I was using it. He had no input and I set it on the shelf. He also suggested that I under go shockwave therapy. 5 treatments for about $600 with one free, so it was a 6 treatment plan. I got no relief from the session and stopped them after 4. I had expected a refund for 2 sessions but the office said I was only entitled to a refund for 1 as the last one would be free. There is the real rub. First I had to decide to stop treatment (I think he should of stopped it after the second) and I was charged out of pocket for 4 treatments when it should of been 3. Bottom line: sold me on a bunch of treatments that did not work and I'm out about $600 plus whatever they charged my insurance.

They asked to keep my credit card on file however always failed to use it for my copayments instead they would badger me the next time that I didn't pay my copayment when they had my card on file. Pre op and post op can be a difficult road, you don't have to do it alone.
