I needed help with my Achellis and got right in to see Rohit Dadi, DPM. After taking X-rays, he made his diagnosis. I'm thinking he got is right. My issue is the treatment and associated costs. The office sold me an an sleeve for support and boot to stretch my Achellis. The sleeve did not help and the boot only hurt me. I brought the boot in the have him examine the way I was using it. He had no input and I set it on the shelf. He also suggested that I under go shockwave therapy. 5 treatments for about $600 with one free, so it was a 6 treatment plan. I got no relief from the session and stopped them after 4. I had expected a refund for 2 sessions but the office said I was only entitled to a refund for 1 as the last one would be free. There is the real rub. First I had to decide to stop treatment (I think he should of stopped it after the second) and I was charged out of pocket for 4 treatments when it should of been 3. Bottom line: sold me on a bunch of treatments that did not work and I'm out about $600 plus whatever they charged my insurance. read more

Very disorganized, some staff are not at all detail oriented and miss simple but important things such as evidence of insurance coverage or refunds for overpayment and billing inaccuracies; on several occasions office failed to send referrals to imaging for diagnoses for me and my spouse; we had to follow up and insist that imaging orders be sent to other specialists after waiting for over a month for the office to act as they said they would. Does not inspire confidence and annoying. We miss Dr. Brown, he is the best! read more

Doctor Rohit V. R. Dadi is an amazing doctor! He listens to you and goes to work on what he can do to help you once he knows. He takes good care of my feet with the pain that I have been in and he takes care of the problems. He does not give up on you. That is an fantastic doctor!! If you need a doctor for your feet/ankle, he is the doctor for you! The office ladies that were there today, were super nice! Dr. Dadi has successfully treated me for a hammer toe, arthritis, bursitis, and joint inflammation. He and all of the staff are extremely courteous, attentive, and professional. I now walk pain-free for the first time in years. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Dadi and North State Foot and Ankle to anyone with foot issues. So far incredibly disappointed. I have left them 4 voicemails over the last 2 MONTHS and have sent two forms through their website for an appointment. I even had a referral from a doctor sent a month ago and still not a single response from them. Common decency from an office would be a call back explaining the process and at least scheduling a visit out for me. I've been in pain for months now and not any ounce of communication. This tells me very poor patient relations. Bummed. Hoping I can get referred somewhere that actually attempts to make contact with a potential trial patient. read more

Dr. Dadi is amazing. He's been taking care of my Mom's feet for a year. He is kind, efficient, knowledgeable and very fast! He prescribed a fungal creme that cleared up Mom's toenails in just 6 months. We had tried everything. He adjusted her supplements to avoid overdosing and keeps a close eye on her feet. He listens. I had foot surgery by Dr. Dadi to remove two neuromas on my right foot on October 10, 2023. The surgery went very well, and I had no pain after the anesthesia wore off. Dr. Dadi is kind, knowledgeable and competent. He answered all my questions and explained the procedure in a way I could understand. He even showed me a picture of the neuromas he removed! I am now 3 weeks post-surgery and my incision looks great. I am still wearing the post op shoe for another week and then I am free of the shoe. I would highly recommend Dr. Dadi. By the way, he is always on time and is very pleasant. The staff at NFAS are pleasant and always have a positive attitude. read more

So, had an appointment for 3:00pm on 9/12/2023. I was told to show up 15 minutes early in case they needed something, ie more paperwork. I filled out all paperwork online. including all the paperwork that states if I am late or miss my appointment I will be charged. I finally get taken to a room and I am told that it is going to be about 15-20 minutes before the doctor can see me. At this point I am into this simple doctor appointment with 15 minutes drive time and showing up early and not getting called into a room for 27 minutes, about an hour. Had to take off work to make this appointment and then I had to meet with a client at 4:15pm. That left no time to have my appointment, so I had to reschedule. Then they hold no accountability for their actions or to their patients. everyone there was nice, but take other people's time for granted. read more

I had a wonderful experience today at Northstate Foot and Ankle Specialists. The office is brand new and the staff were friendly and helpful. I found the doctor, Dr. Dati, knowledgeable, friendly, and very competent. Dr. Dati is one of those doctors that make you feel seen and heard. I felt he was working WITH me to relieve my foot pain. He explained everything about my plantar faciitis, showed me a bone model of the foot and shared the pictures on the ultrasound machine. He talked about treatments and showed me exercises to improve the condition. He suggested some off-the-shelf orthotics that are much less expensive than those that are custom made. I highly recommend Dr. Dati and Northstate Foot and Ankle Specialists. read more

Dr brown is absolutely fabulous. Not a long waiting period to get in to see him. The office personnel is very friendly and professional. The office is easy to access and they have their own x-ray machine and all in all I have been cared for by Dr Brown since another Dr in Chico did a surgery I didn't need. Dr Brown found the real problem. The orthodontics didn't work so we are trying a Richie boot. He gave me a placard so I could go on vacation and keep up with my granddaughter while on the cross country trip. This has helped me so much. This office was recently built and you can tell. It is beautiful inside and has the vibe of a big city spa. The staff is warm and friendly. Dr. Sandhu is patient and efficient. He explains what he is doing and checks in on pain level as he's working. I have never felt like he is rushing or hurrying between patients. I have had three appointments there and been taken to the room and seen by the doctor within 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend! read more

Top notch! Dr. Sandhu is wonderful and a genius the surgery that he had to re-do that Dr. Stoddard did was amazing. I was very happy @ initial visit but it went downhill from there! Initial visit I was ordered custom orthotics of which I had to pay $500. Come to find out later, I was not one who could wear orthotics. No attempt initially to do trial of lesser OTC orthotics first! Secondly, I felt rushed as Dr. Pasamonte spent only minutes before rushing out to next patient, never returning. Last visit was 8 minutes. One visit I was trying to understand my foot issues and apparently took too much of her time, as she stated she had other patients to see! Found out staff schedules visits every 15 minutes. I found much better podiatry service elsewhere. read more

I was totally impressed starting from my first initial visit. Even with the COVID-19 social distancing needs, every staff member was exceptional in my interaction with them, being very professional, respectful, courteous and friendly. I was equally very impressed with Dr. Pasamante as an individual and professional who explained in detail each step she took in her assessments. Her knowledge was amazing! Return visit shortly thereafter for an MRI was again very impressive with prompt service, friendliness and my feeling that I was being treated as an individual, not a number! Dr. Pasamonte didn't even bother to actually touch my feet in my initial exam, or my second (and last). She said she would research my connective tissue disorders and get back to me after I told her that orthotics aren't reccomended for my feet and would cause more issues and pain according to medical literature. Instead she charged me $100 up front for $450 dollar orthotics, as no insurance will cover them. I reluctantly agreed to try them after she assured me they would be done by a fancy computer and were the only way to find relief. One month later she had forgotten that both my feet were at issue and instead said the new orthotics would help my Left foot, then handed me a pen to sign a form that said I approved of my orthotics. I didn't. She didn't care and insisted I sign for them, then her nurse gave me a B12 shot. She said good luck and good bye. No follow up, no reccomendation, and no help at all. Every bill & even her appt notes I have recieved in my chart are completely off. Every call to the office I am put on hold, then hung up on. No calls returned. Worst Dr. experience ever and still can't walk on both feet. They are a scam shop. Go elsewhere, anywhere else! read more
