I received an email from a screener at Yelp stating that my review was being taken down because "it lacked personal experience" Therefore I am adding the following bit of "personal experience" By no means am I being critical of Yelp, or the screener. This is their domain, and they set and enforce the rules. I have written a regular column for PineStraw titled "Feats of Clay" which features artists and pottery events in the area. I am personal friends and serve on arts community committees with the founder and current Creative Director of the magazine. I am personally acquainted with the Editor, author of 11 best selling books on golf, the Circulation Director, two staff members, and two staff photographers. I have lived in North Carolina since 1946, and have known the family of the current owner and publisher for most of that time. While I have not yet met the new publisher, I have known his uncle, the previous publisher, for 60 years. I knew his great uncle for 40 years, and my father was one of his employees. I never knew his great, great uncle, but he was Roosevelt's Secretary of the Navy. The man from whom the current owners family purchased the parent company was a North Carolina legend for his passion for integrity and professionalism. He was a personal friend as well and we had many interactions. These people have class they have never used. They would not condone or tolerate the behavior described in the review. PineStraw is a free publication. It is distributed free from racks around the county. The reviewer is misinformed.

The old review that stated they are sold door to door is obviously thinking of some other magazine or posted on the wrong business!!
